Nothing to complain about. Good communication, efficiency
Order conforms to what I expected
Very well
Very good advice regarding the help provided concerning the choice based on age. Respect for delivery dates which is essential when working
Very good exchanges by email prior to the order for a reference request. The person responded quickly and seriously to my questions. Fast order and delivery

Good presentation of the products. Fast delivery.
Excellent
Fast and simple order, net delivered on time. Easy installation, Perfect!
Good service except for the carrier
Good product, well secured. Our 3-year-old daughter loves it. However, difficult assembly took an afternoon.
Easy order, delivery to relay point OK, great product
very good relationship with the seller
Perfect
Item arrived on time and met our expectations.
package delivered on the defined day and time.
very good service
1st delivery: truck too big to deliver to us... 1 day blocked. 2nd delivery: no one comes... after a phone call to understand, the delivery was canceled without notifying us... they finally made an express delivery after insisting that day... UNACCEPTABLE
Trampoline that seems to be of good quality (but installed only a few days ago, so we will have to wait to see if it withstands the test of time). Fast delivery and on time.
Great
Mix-up in the order, but the product meets my expectations well.
Very satisfied, effective advice, fast delivery
Excellent service, whether by phone or in the ordered product.
very good product of good quality
good
Order shipped and received very quickly. Order meets my expectations
Very good
Very good. Small downside on the explanatory notice for the installation of the indoor net, not clear enough on the double lacing.
VERY GOOD SERVICE, very fast delivery in 24 hours. Best regards
We already had a trampoline from France trampoline for 7 years, the children wanted a new bigger one and naturally we ordered our product from them.
perfect and nice
Everything was perfect
I am very satisfied with the contacts. Information regarding the tracking of my order and delivery. On the phone, I congratulated and thanked you, and I confirm it here ***
quality of products, reasonable prices, correct shipping.
Fast delivery. Package well packaged. Delivery service a bit disappointing, very wide time slot (between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM) and no call before arriving as promised by the provider the day before. Good product, easy to assemble even alone. The promised quality seems to be present, to be seen over time.
So far all orders have gone very well and a very good advisor.
Easy to order, fast delivery
Very good product and good quality, fast shipping, everything was perfect
Nothing to complain about. Order delivered on time.
The provider did not give us time to respond that we would not be there at the appointment he himself set. Fortunately, he left the package with the neighbors because I would not have agreed to pay for a second delivery when I had not agreed on the date of delivery.
I was called by phone by the company to verify my measurements and that my order would fit well. Hats off! very quick reception. Thank you for your seriousness
Easy order and very quick shipping. Very good
super fast
The phone advice was of high quality: the different representatives took the time to answer my technical questions (sizes of attachments, spacings, diameters of drillings....) but also, and this was greatly appreciated! they were able to give well-informed aesthetic advice. We are absolutely satisfied with the result!!!
We are called back to confirm the dimensions
Very good product and efficient delivery. I recommend.
Very satisfactory contact and advice
We are very satisfied with the product and the speed of delivery. However, we experienced a natural disaster (strong wind) a few days later that damaged the net. We understand that this is not systematically covered by customer service, but given the short time between the damage and the order, we would have liked a commercial gesture. This was refused to us. A shame for a trampoline of this quality.
Delivery time in accordance with what was announced, yet it is not always guaranteed in Corsica... the product fully meets my expectations and I am not disappointed. My son is having a blast, I also got some small games that are great. Product and quality service
