Pleasant games and satisfactory delivery
We ordered an oval trampoline: very good product. We are completely satisfied.
Very good
Order by phone very efficient and quick. Friendly and competent interlocutors. Express delivery received on time. Product of great quality.
Very happy with our purchase. Quality net is obvious. Thoughtful and honest advice. The only downside would be regarding the installation. I find that the installation aids and advice are lacking. Especially concerning the re-tensioning of the net. But I will call to ask for advice ;)
Excellent advice from the salesperson, problems with delivery but resolved by the sales manager. Very good customer follow-up.
good
perfect, fast and qualitative
good overall performance (product quality, packaging, small downside for the assembly instructions in English only with drawings that are sometimes not descriptive enough)
perfect
No worries.....
Quality service

Good products, delivered quickly
Delivery and product impeccable. Compared to trampolines from other brands, our oval 420 is really of better quality and the oval shape allows for advancement, very fun! However, a big downside on the assembly instructions which are not precise enough. The online assembly video is very useful!
Product conforms as well as good advice and good listening from the various interlocutors. I recommend!
Very good contact as a new customer, I received a call from the sales department to make sure I hadn't made a mistake since I had never ordered before.
Very good service, but the installation remains long.
Very good product and brings joy to both young and old
Nothing to say except positive: easy order, fast delivery, very good product (round trampoline of 4m27)
very good service, material of very good quality
Very good for the deadlines and the quality of the packaging. The assembly documentation could be more precise.
Perfect. Product meets expectations. Great manufacturing quality. Let's see how it holds up over time.
Conforms. Delivered as expected. Very satisfied.
Very good quality. Easy assembly
Beautiful quality trampoline, received quickly for the greatest joy of both adults and children! With a bonus, a foot trampoline as a gift, for even more fun.
very good product for the moment, robust, safe, top delivery. to see in the long run.
Speed in ordering, seriousness.
Excellent, not finding my initial order, I was called back to verify the dimensions of my trampoline
Ad hoc product.
Perfect
no problem
Article received very quickly and conforms to its description. I was very pleasantly surprised by the phone call from your services to clarify the dimensions of the ordered item.
very good product (having compared it to others), it assembles quite well. the spring protection is of very good quality. no complaints about the quality of the materials used some difficulties in assembling the net (a lot of tension to manage to pass it under the trampoline). a downside: the edge of the spring protection that does not stay under the trampoline)
Order placed easily. The customer service is accessible and responsive. I had no difficulty changing size: after reflection we decided to take a larger one and we do not regret it. The trampoline is sturdy and easy to assemble. Everyone is delighted to have it in the garden.
package impeccable, easy assembly overall except for the springs, quite complicated for the last ones. otherwise top product.
product conforms to my order, deadline respected. Good
very good service quality products however do not give a fixed time for delivery by the carrier it arrived in the morning while your service announced delivery between 1 PM and 2 PM
good quality trampoline
Nothing to add, I placed an order and a few days later I was delivered.
Fast delivery and super material of very good quality.
friendly customer service and perfect advice!
