Very good advice. Fast delivery
Well packaged and protected. No missing parts upon unpacking.
long but easy assembly
The process from order to delivery went well. But one of the products is not quite technically compliant with the original product... Otherwise, delivery time was respected, nothing else to say.
Hello, First of all, we thank you for taking the time to comment on your order. You ordered spare parts for your trampoline 490 on our site, which have indeed slightly evolved compared to the original products. Thus, if the technical reference is no longer exactly the same, we assure you that the provided parts are perfectly suited to your trampoline and ensure the same level of safety and reliability as the previous ones. We remain at your disposal for any further information. The France Trampoline team
very good trampoline. To see over time.
Very satisfied with the received material.
Very good quality of the product and the dimensions well respected.
Good material and delivered quickly
Ease of ordering and speed of delivery however the delivery person left the packages in front of my door because he could not enter with the pallet truck. Very heavy packages for one person alone
Effective
Very good product. Fast delivery. Missing one part (to trace the diameter).
Fast delivery, easy assembly, and "stratospheric" trampoline, my kids and I love it ^_^
Very well built trampoline. The instruction manual is only acceptable and could be easily improved. The provided brackets were not compliant. The compliant brackets were shipped quickly.
very good
Perfect: comment left during the order and immediate callback from the sales service to confirm that I did not make a mistake in my purchase.
Fast impeccable
Very easy to use. Precise guidance for the customer to choose the right product in a very dense offer
Trampoline bought from you a few years ago, delighted with the acquisition, ordered a net to change impeccable delivery and net of equally good quality delighted more expensive than the big brands but at the same time of great quality and French manufacturing more reassuring for your children. Thank you
Good perfect
Very happy
The assembly instructions are not precise enough and should be redone with more readable and larger diagrams.
Very simple and fast
Good service and what is most appreciated is that payment can be made by bank check and that we can contact you by phone to get the right measurements and advice. Thank you very much
Fast delivery. I really appreciated the little phone call to ensure that my order was correct before shipping.
Good quality material
Material ok Delivery on time Good service
Excellent supplier Delivery without problems
Very happy with the follow-up after a reference error on my part during the online order. However, a note about the package of the football cage, of which 2 elements were damaged and thus the galvanization had peeled off. I think you do not open these packages which are directly sent back to the customer
Nothing to report impeccable
We are very satisfied with our purchase: clarity of information on the site, fast shipping, satisfactory delivery, and above all, a trampoline of very good quality, and clear assembly instructions.
excellent the products are well explained no need for more explanation nothing to complain about
very good service
Very professional site. Purchase of a replacement jumping mat for a trampoline that I did not buy from them. Someone contacted me to verify if my order was suitable for my trampoline and fortunately because I had not paid attention to the size of the springs. The product is of very good quality. Small delivery problem but I cannot hold it against them as the problem was resolved very quickly and the person was 'adorable'. I recommend this site. Thank you for your professionalism.
very good
Very good
Nothing to say. Very good advisor on the phone.. Fast delivery.
Very fast and very good material and especially a wonderful team

Perfect
Unhappy with the delivery
Hello, Thank you for taking the time to comment on your order. Indeed, the initially scheduled delivery appointment had to be postponed by the carrier. We are sorry for this delay that is beyond our control and we apologize for this inconvenience. The France Trampoline Team
Poorly advised in the first phase of the order, I had to pay shipping costs twice
Hello, we receive your feedback with understanding and we apologize for this delivery problem. Indeed, in the interest of quality, we systematically contact our customers in the case of orders for spare parts to ensure that the ordered part will fit perfectly with the product. This is how one of our collaborators contacted you, but, having recently joined us, he unfortunately did not detect a compatibility issue with the ordered net, which resulted in a second shipment with the adapted product. However, if this led to the billing of two shipping fees, we immediately proceeded to refund the fees charged for the erroneous order. We thank you for your understanding. The France Trampoline Team.
Very good quality product. The oval type is perfect! Allow some time for assembly.
Nothing to complain about!
Excellent products, just disappointed with the football game for the trampoline
The order met my expectations. Only downside: the delivery. The delivery person did not bother to come to the indicated address and left it at a pickup point. I had to contact France Trampoline to find out where my package was!! What’s the point of paying for home delivery!!
Nothing to complain about excellent choice, however be careful to plan for reinforcement for assembly, not possible alone. The kids totally love the trampoline, I admit that the adults do too....
Good phone reception, responsive, efficient
No problem. Compliant product
VERY GOOD PRODUCT
Very good service
