Order placed following very informed advice, fast and compliant delivery.
Quality products. Trampoline in perfect condition since 2010
Very good
Everything perfect
Return of the broken part in the delivery was quick and without discussion. But black fiberglass is less easy to assemble than the original white one.
Perfect. Nothing to say
Really corresponds to our expectations I hope it will last well through the winter as it is difficult to disassemble
Very satisfied with the ordered product, delivery time respected
I ordered samples, they arrived very quickly. I regret not having these samples 'under tension' in a frame to see the final result, but it already allows for a first idea.
Very good
Very good service
Fast delivery. Quality material easy to install

Fast and efficient

*****
Order received quickly. A defect on an item that was picked up and replaced very quickly. Very friendly contact person. Nothing to complain about. Very good site
Impeccable
Satisfactory.
Product conforms. Quality packaging conforms.
Perfect. Note the courtesy of France Trampoline who reminds to check that we did not make a mistake in the dimensions for the order. Very good!
Delivery on time. Assembly instructions sometimes very brief with missing steps that led us to undo the structure to redo it the right way!
no P.B.
Mat is compliant, good quality at first glance, to see over time.
GOOD PRODUCT EXCEPT THE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS NEED IMPROVEMENT!
Fast receipt of the package, not enough feedback on the use of the product but seems correct.
Hello, and thank you for your comment! We hope that your jumping mat will bring you complete satisfaction. Do not hesitate to contact us otherwise, we remain at your disposal. The France Trampoline team
Fast delivery and quality products.
The order went well, the carrier was okay, the deadlines were respected. The mat corresponded to the description. I bought a trampoline mat to replace a 10-year-old mat, I turned to France Trampoline because the seller of the previous mat no longer exists. The received mat is suitable, it is a bit cheaper but of much lower quality in terms of seams and especially it bounces much less than the previous one which was from the profline or proline range. In summary: I am satisfied to have been able to replace the mat even if I regret not having found a product of equivalent quality to the previous one.
Trampoline used quite intensively for 6 years and I just changed the protective net this year. Everything else is perfect. Compared to other brands, I would say 'no comparison', I do not regret my choice. I highly recommend France Trampoline, maybe a bit more expensive to buy but nothing to compare in terms of quality and after-sales service.
The only downside is that on the order form it was stated that the packages weighed a total of 55 kg while the weight announced at the order was much heavier.
clear site, explicit order tracking, good contact with the delivery person
Very ergonomic site. I easily found all the parts I needed. Fast service.
very good
Fast order. Good order tracking service. Delivery within the announced 5-day timeframe respected. The delivery person was alone for the delivery....and given the weight, he struggled a bit to unload. Packaging, assembly, perfect. There was just one U-shaped screw ring whose thread was on the wrong side, so it was unusable for fixing a post that holds the protective net. So it was not used...and for this post, we held it with a strap. It would deserve to have an additional part or for the parts to be well checked if there is only the exact count of parts. THANK YOU FOR SENDING US IF POSSIBLE A U-SCREW FIXING TO REPLACE OUR STRAP. But apart from this detail, we remain completely satisfied with the quality of the trampoline and the seriousness of France Trempoline. Best regards.
Not enough info about the use of trampolines, the size. Lots of choices and not enough guidance
Excellent customer relationship
Top customer service and super I highly recommend
We ordered a trampoline mat online and I am really satisfied with my purchase. Also satisfied with the delivery which was fast.
Great product and fast delivery
Choice, order validation by phone by the seller before shipping. Everything is fine. I recommend.
very good
excellent after-sales service
Perfect product, deadlines respected.
Very good advice, fast delivery and impeccable fabric.
The black cap replaced the original cap identically. However, the fiberglass rods are shorter than the originals. Extensions are provided. Two are needed for one rod. The number of extensions is therefore insufficient compared to the number of rods.
very good
Well-made site and sufficient information about the products
Not easy to find the spare part we needed for our trampoline, but an exchange by email helped to find the right reference
