I bought a trampoline 10 years ago. I needed to change the safety net and there was no problem, the part is still in stock. I had someone on the phone who immediately found the right reference for me! I recommend!
Totally satisfied
The after-sales service is efficient!
Excellent quality and sturdy trampoline! You can immediately see the difference with ordinary trampolines found in stores. I already know that my 4-year-old daughter will enjoy it for many years! A small additional detail but important: it is also very nice and its green color is ideal for keeping a beautiful garden. Exceptional advisors and customer service.
Very satisfied
Excellent site. Advice after consultation: Very good Assembly instructions Good except for a small error on the number of springs. Is it possible to customize the net to better integrate it into the decor and at what price?

The customer service that calls you to check if you have taken the right measures before shipping your order proves that this site is really very serious!!!
Everything was ok
very efficient advisor by phone
Second-hand trampoline in very good condition. Delivery was made in a very short time. Perfect.
I really appreciated that your services called me to verify my order together... this way there are no mistakes... especially since the jumping mat I ordered was for a second-hand trampoline bought for my daughter's birthday...
Good advice and delivery on time
Very good products. Replacing certain parts is easy and practical. Excellent quality trampoline tested by 2 boys for 1 year.

Super professional! Following my online order of the jumping mat, they called me to ensure that I had taken into account the dimensions to check... For info: the jumping mat fits our Sixbros trampoline.

Very good
This completely meets expectations and brings joy to children and adults
Very good quality for this trampoline. Easy assembly. The only small downside is that the opening is a bit awkward how it is made and that the small ladder to climb is not included in the price. But otherwise, top.
Very good welcome and very satisfied with my order. Delivery on time and simple assembly of the trampoline. My family is delighted!!
excellent quality trampoline, perfect delivery service, package arrived on time, in good condition
Very good product easy to assemble, perfectly suited for children.
very good service and material
Phone contact to place an order. Good welcome, support, advice, availability. Excellent! I recommend.
Perfect, including the little phone call to check if it was the right reference I was ordering.
Package never arrived. DPD needs to be reviewed as a delivery service and harms your image.
Hello, thank you for your comment. We are sorry that the delivery did not meet the quality of service we strive to provide. Please feel free to contact us at contact@france-trampoline.com so that we can follow up on the package together and open a warranty file if necessary. We are at your disposal, the France Trampoline team.
There was an initial error in the order (stirrups too small for the trampoline posts) but your customer service is remarkably efficient: very quick receipt of the unsuitable part. Thank you
Very good
Fast delivery, nothing to complain about
Disappointment regarding the delivery time.
Appreciate for the clarity and ease of use of the site. Diversity and quality of trampolines. Speed of dispatch but delivery methods a bit restrictive and complicated when working (deliveries from Monday to Friday, during the day).
Everything arrived as expected as usual!
very satisfactory product; a plus, the brake; a weakness, difficult handling of the tensioner which seems a bit weak.
