Samples received quickly as expected and clear information for measuring before ordering.
Very good. The boys had fun.
Good quality product
Very good
Fast delivery
A bit of a long wait because the product was out of stock
Perfect! Well received the bundle of samples presented on your site. But I had requested (in the small comment box) an additional sample (if possible) of the smallest net (mesh 6.5x7mm) existing on your site and my client is interested in that mesh. No response on this subject in your letter accompanying the package!?
Hello, The smallest mesh offered on our site is indeed the 13x13mm, included in the sample of nets that was sent to you. Unfortunately, we do not offer a net in 6.5x7mm. We remain at your disposal for any questions, The France Trampoline team
Very well designed site. Excellent responsiveness of customer service. Equipment conforms and of good quality. Too bad the delivery person did not respect the agreed schedule, forcing us to take half a day off for nothing, then the following week we had to have someone come to receive the package because the delivery scheduled after 4:00 PM took place in the morning. We are very happy with our trampoline. Thank you
Delivery on time, impeccable. Good quality trampoline I am very satisfied. Only small downside, the assembly manual lacks details such as the exact position to put the protective net and for example it is not indicated that you need to put 2 fixings per pole for the protective net. There are also no markers to know which spring to attach to which hook. With some logic, you can still manage.
Good.
Very happy with your service, I recommend it to those around me
Good product
Fast and careful delivery. I was even contacted by phone just after the order to confirm if I had chosen the right items based on the measurements of my current trampoline.
Fast and efficient! The order arrived in perfect condition at the expected date and time!
Excellent quality trampoline, beautiful finishes!
Perfect product corresponding to our order Good quality, just missing an additional tensioner, allowing to put one on each side to stretch it properly
I am very satisfied with my order. I needed spare parts to repair my trampoline damaged during bad weather and I was perfectly advised to repair it as best as possible and at the lowest cost. The parts arrived within the expected timeframe.
Site sometimes a bit difficult to find the product sought (the pack did not 'appear' using the search engine, or navigating through the tree, I don't remember) Otherwise everything perfect: fast and compliant delivery, clear manual, easy assembly and satisfactory product, without any unpleasant surprises. I recommend
Impeccable delivery service...trampoline that exudes quality.
Perfect, very responsive, fast, friendly. Thank you
Quality trampoline, easy to install
Very good quality products, delivered on time, I recommend
Received product conforms to the one ordered. Fast delivery. Efficient customer service.
Delivery right on time and when I had a question about the assembly, I was answered very well!!! Bravo!
Everything went very very well
I ordered a trampoline for my 2 boys aged 4 and 7, they love it. I find it to be of good quality and the children are safe (net, easy to use closure).
Good product
Nothing to say, delivered in 48 hours, and good explanatory manual. The 460 is long to install, but what space! It seems to be sturdy, we'll see over time... Very satisfied!
Conforms
Very good welcome and very good responsiveness.
Product conforms to my expectations....not easy to adjust in height despite the fairly explanatory manual. ...the children are having a great time and that's the main thing!
Good product. The assembly instructions could be improved.
GOOD
Very good purchase, very fast delivery
I never leave reviews but here, I was very pleasantly surprised, because for the purchase of a part costing around *** euros, they took the time to call me to confirm that the part would fit my trampoline, I found that very professional and very commercial, and indeed, I received the part as requested, congratulations anyway.

Very fast order tracking and reception. I recommend.
Good listening, simple, clear, quick response,
Very good service and very good adapted product. We appreciated that the company called us to verify that the order was correct before validating it.
Purchase of a net for trampoline, the old one was quite worn out! Happy to find the necessary parts without any problem and also to benefit from the latest innovations. Perfect
Well-organized site, fluid menus, well-thought-out window transitions. Order placed without any problem, the 3D secure gives confidence. Impeccable order tracking with details on the delivered package, fast delivery. Efficient transport provider, the call platform to confirm delivery is in France and their response is immediate. You can feel a real desire to offer quality service from start to finish. Bravo.
Very good
very good quality, it makes a difference
The problem is the delivery! We received the trampoline on June 21, we are on July 13 and the children cannot use the trampoline because there were missing parts in the delivery, damaged package.... so we are still waiting for the missing parts.
Hello, and thank you for taking the time to leave a comment despite your disappointment regarding the delivery of your trampoline. Unfortunately, some packages can indeed be opened or damaged during transport, regardless of our will. However, we confirm that the missing parts have been resent, and we hope that the moments spent on your trampoline will make you forget the delivery issues! We remain at your disposal, the France Trampoline team.
Listening and very good advice regarding what you are looking for in terms of model.
This product seems to be of very good quality (to be followed over time), fast delivery. Very good.
Very good product Delivery in 48h Excellent phone contact.
The only downside is that the delivery was made unexpectedly without notifying us. We were at home so everything went well.
I ordered through a person I had already dealt with for my first order, she was able to listen to my needs and was very helpful.
Spare parts easily available online.
