Perfect
Good
Good quality material. Assembly instructions could be more explicit. Timely delivery. We are satisfied.
Impeccable
Good advice over the phone, delivered very quickly, with a renowned carrier. Perfect packaging, the children are happy to have moved from a diameter of 360 to 430. By the way, I changed brands and I do not regret it.
Excellent product due to its design and robustness. The test of this trampoline being used by many small children without any degradation is a very good test that makes us express our great satisfaction.
Fairly quick delivery, good quality product, nothing to compare with an original tarp, I am satisfied with my purchase. One small remark, it was packaged in a plastic bag, which does not protect the tarp in case of tearing or otherwise; knowing the carriers.....
I easily found what I was looking for and the delivery was very quick.

Excellent product.
Good service
Everything went very well; nothing to complain about.
Perfect
Very very satisfied! The team contacted me before validating my order because the ordered elements did not match the same trampoline and the parts could be exchanged before shipping.
To all those hesitating between different trampoline sellers, I have only one piece of advice to give: "You can choose France trampoline". Kudos to the team who is always listening to you and guiding you to help you make your choice. Delivery as planned. Trampoline well packaged with an easy-to-understand manual. Plan for 2 people for assembly. In short, very satisfied with our choice (jum'up 360)
A PERFECT SERVICE WITH A LOT OF SERIOUSNESS. I HAD A PROBLEM REGARDING THE DELIVERY BUT WHICH DOES NOT CONCERN YOU BUT I WANTED TO INFORM YOU BECAUSE I HAD REQUESTED THAT THE ITEM BE SENT TO ME BY CRONOPOST HENCE A COST. AND THE DELIVERY PERSON ABSOLUTELY REFUSED TO DELIVER TO MY HOME AS PLANNED, WE HAD A STRONG VERBAL ALTERCATION THAT I REPORTED TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THE SUPPLIER AT CHRONOPOST. IT'S A SHAME THAT YOU OFFERED THIS SERVICE BECAUSE REALLY AS FAR AS YOU ARE CONCERNED, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. BEST REGARDS ***
Quality product. Clear assembly instructions.
I recommend France Trampoline, quality item, and very well secured for children. Just one downside: the zipper for the opening is too narrow to get inside the trampoline, no support handle, which means that you pull on the zipper at the risk of breaking it.
excellent
Quality product, and fast delivery.
Impeccable service. Simple order, compliant delivery.
Best service!!!
I placed my order by phone and had a listener who was patient, precise, and clear. I would not hesitate to do it again if needed, thank you, best regards
The material is very good despite a missing part (clamp) The online instructions do not match the current model; the same goes for the main paper instructions. Main problem: the package tracking system is completely failing; I had to call three times to get information and make an appointment directly with the last carrier.
Hello, thank you for your comment. Please feel free to contact us at the following address contacte-trampoline.com for the missing part. We are sorry that the delivery did not bring you complete satisfaction. We take note of your comment to improve the service offered. The France trampoline Team
good service
Fast delivery, quality trampoline, easy assembly. I recommend! Thank you
Nothing to report. Everything was ok and compliant. Super product
perfect! as usual
delivery time not compliant
Hello, Thank you for taking the time to write to us. When you placed your order, it was indicated that some items were awaiting restocking for July 13. Unfortunately, for technical reasons, we cannot partially ship an order. Your order could be prepared as soon as the missing item is received and was delivered to you within 48 hours. We remain at your disposal for any questions, the France Trampoline team.
The installation guide is more than succinct, you should specify the installation height and the minimum or maximum gap between the top and bottom bands regarding the product I purchased.
very good
Everything super
Very good service provided, company contact to ensure the order's compliance
Verification done to ensure that we had selected the right fabric for our trampoline. TB A bit of uncertainty regarding delivery times (hours confirmed by SMS were not respected) Our daughter is delighted (the pink border of the mat is wonderful for her) that's the main thing. After the heatwave, she will really be able to enjoy it
Very good
A small problem noted with the first order which was taken into account by customer service. It is for having resolved our problem quickly that I give a score of 5 because mistakes happen, but that they are resolved nowadays is rare, it is easy nowadays to keep pushing the blame without ever taking responsibility. Service and responsiveness Top Bravo to you
Excellent service, efficient and accommodating
Very good product but too long delays.
Hello, Thank you for taking the time to write to us. We would like to apologize for the delivery delays of your order. However, you ordered one or more items that are "awaiting restocking". Unfortunately, for technical reasons, we cannot partially ship an order. Your order could be prepared as soon as the missing item is received and was delivered to you within 24 hours. We remain at your disposal for any questions, the France Trampoline team.
Very professional. Very fast.
Great! Easy to assemble, even alone (better with two though), great quality, super stable. The nets are very resistant. An investment worth it!
Nothing to report. GOOD RECEPTION. CORDIAL AND HELPFUL DELIVERY PERSON.
Perfect.
As usual: product description accurate, delivery times respected, correct quality/price ratio.
Very good review, the product is perfectly suitable, the delivery was very fast. Moreover, customer service contacted us by phone to ensure the correct dimensions.
The trampoline was delivered quickly; we managed to assemble it easily, the explanations being very clear. The net wasn't even set up when our little girl of 3 and a half was jumping on it. For now, we are satisfied with our purchase; the material seems serious... to be seen over time....
Very good. I was even contacted after placing my order to confirm my choice. Very good service!
I am very satisfied with my order, quick processing and effective follow-up, delivery within the agreed time and excellent communication with the transport team, trampoline very well packaged, wrapped on a pallet, and trampoline of very good quality, solid, and aesthetically pleasing as well. One negative point to mention, the assembly instructions! Not clear as it is all in pictograms, difficult to decipher if you are not a skilled handyman! We managed with the help of videos found online.
Friendly telephone reception, very professional advice. Fast delivery. The whole family (from the smallest to the largest) joyfully enjoys this octagonal trampoline. I highly recommend this company.
After the order was placed, we were delivered very quickly. Delivery time shorter than expected.
