Customer service is very helpful and friendly.
very good just for the assembly plan a bit small.
Hello, purchase of a 3m60 trampoline: very good product, I who am quite difficult, this trampoline is of very good quality, robustness of the elements, whether it is the jumping mat or the frame, I found no defects... stainless steel, sturdy net, easy assembly 2h30 with my wife, calm assembly... our daughter is having a blast and so are we... remember to take the protective cover for winter. I highly recommend it, we searched, compared several suppliers then we preferred to pay a little more... we do not regret it... clean delivery packaged on a pallet. Buy on the site, secure payment, no worries. Nothing to say, I give 5 stars without any problem. ***.
Very satisfied.
Very good quality trampoline, not more expensive than elsewhere and easy to assemble. I really recommend, you can order with your eyes closed. Just the delivery person who is not very friendly, the boxes very damaged and dropped right in front of the doorbell... and the trampoline (which is very heavy) had to be built at the back of the garden (75m away) when we have a path that allows entry with the truck.
Great. Online order, very satisfactory customer service contact. Product as described, well packaged. Just a pity that the carrier did not call as agreed to confirm the delivery day.

Very fast delivery. Solid and compliant trampoline.
Fast and efficient delivery. Equipment not yet assembled as reserved for a surprise.
Order arrived on time and at a relay point which is appreciated.
fast and professional
I had a problem placing my order online. So I called. The person I spoke to was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The problem was resolved in less than 2 minutes and I was able to be delivered upon my return from vacation. I have nothing to complain about, everything was perfect!!!
I am completely delighted. The purchase on the site was simple, the preparation of my order was very quick, as was the shipping. The delivery person was AMAZING in placing the pallet (heavy!) supporting my purchase in the location where I wanted it in my garden. Then the assembly turned out to be quite simple even if it still requires quite a bit of strength to put in the last 20 springs. The trampoline is very good, solid and my daughters have joyfully adopted it. In short, a very good purchasing experience overall.
very good
Quality service Order of a new mat and a new net after 8 years of intensive use of the trampoline ordered from the same brand in 2010 France Trampoline called me following the order to verify that the ordered items corresponded well to our trampoline. Very fast delivery following this call and well packaged. No issues with assembly. The kids are happy, they can jump again!
No worries!
The trampoline we ordered is quite large (390 cm)! But well, it's solid! A small downside on the assembly instructions which left us perplexed several times and resulted in pinched fingers, things to disassemble and reassemble... From there, to say that we can disassemble it every winter, I would refrain because we still spent 2 mornings... Otherwise, the product is excellent, the carrier was reliable for the delivery appointment. Nothing to report.
Nothing to say excellent service and very professional team
Fast delivery. Quality material and well packaged. Simple assembly. No issues.
service, serious, efficient: nothing to complain about
TOP TRAMPOLINE
Careful packaging, speed of delivery, good quality-price ratio
no comments = all OK
I had requested a quote to replace damaged parts due to a storm. The quote was incomplete so I had a bad surprise at the time of ordering. I then called customer service and spoke to a very competent person, which allowed me to only order certain parts that I really needed and that were not referenced on the site. In the end, very happy and the products are really of quality.
spare parts a bit expensive delivery very unsatisfactory: postponed twice at the last moment, so forced to be stuck waiting for delivery 3 times and therefore delivery times too long.
Hello, thank you for your comment. We are sorry that the delivery of your order was delayed and we apologize for the inconvenience. The quality of service from carriers can sometimes be affected during the summer periods, with extended delays or even postponements when the package has not yet reached the final distribution agency. We apologize once again and wish you good times on your trampoline! The France Trampoline team
