I appreciated that the salespeople contacted me by phone after I placed my order online to verify the spare parts I had ordered. The only small downside is that the diameter of the delivered posts is not the same diameter as my old ones, which made their installation more complicated.
Very satisfied.
Delivery within the 5-day timeframe. Quality material and in accordance with the description.
Very serious site, very good product
Very satisfied!

Very good order tracking, with concern for customer follow-up over time. (Verification of the consistency of the ordered product with previous orders).
Perfect. Quickly shipped quickly received. The children are delighted!
The trampoline net received was not the one we ordered and we had to pay for the return of this net at our own expense in order to receive the correct one, which is unacceptable!
Hello, and first of all thank you for taking the time to leave us a comment. As with all our customers ordering a spare part for their trampoline on our site, we tried to contact you twice before shipping the net you ordered, to ensure it would fit your structure. We left you a message in this regard, then an email, both of which went unanswered. Your order was therefore shipped with the jumping net you had chosen, but since it ultimately did not fit your trampoline, the return was indeed at your expense for the replacement of the net. We hope, despite these delivery inconveniences, that this new net will bring you complete satisfaction! We remain at your disposal, the France Trampoline team
Product delivered meets my expectations and with a fast delivery time.
The product perfectly matches what we wanted
Very good.
very simple, serious in delivery
Serious and very fast: 3 working days
I RECOMMEND FRANCE TRAMPOLINE
Quick contact by phone, very good knowledge of the products and fast shipping by carrier and especially reliable products appreciated by my grandchildren!!! A quality after-sales service deserves 5 stars thank you France trampoline for this made in France product ***
order and delivery compliant and fast
Very precise technical information by phone. Fast delivery. Product of very high quality (Wow 430). Easy assembly, even alone! Happy children so satisfied parents!
Quality trampoline that meets our expectations. Once assembled, the feeling of solidity and robustness is there. Time and use will confirm or not this very positive a priori. Easy assembly but the quality of the instructions could be improved regarding the attachment of the hooks of the protective band for the springs. Note that the video available online was made with different generations of attachment for this protective band
short delay for receiving the order, impeccable telephone information service, sending a wrong item quickly corrected with customer service, I recommend this site
good service and good responsiveness
Very good advice on the phone before placing an order to change the trampoline net. A big thank you to the team
product compliant and delivered quickly
Fast delivery on appointment. The trampoline seems solid and of quality; the assembly instructions are clear, the installation of the springs in particular requires strength but it can be done. My 4-year-old granddaughter is delighted! Satisfied with my choice.
Great! Very fast my package arrived well, I am really happy.
Apart from a last-minute change of delivery day, the deadlines were respected and the delivery person was very friendly! The product is absolutely perfect, meets my expectations, easy to install and my children love it!
Trampoline of very good quality at a very reasonable price
good service
Too bad the product met expectations only issue delivery longer than expected, and since we were on vacation we could hardly enjoy the trampoline that the grandparents had bought
Hello, Thank you for your comment. Although the delivery of your trampoline did take place within 5 working days after shipment as announced on the site, we are sorry that this delay did not bring you complete satisfaction and understand your disappointment at not being able to enjoy your trampoline as planned. We apologize for this inconvenience and remain at your disposal for any questions. The France Trampoline team
very good service I recommend for the seriousness: phone call before order confirmation.
Perfect
Meh, At the time of my order, the basketball hoop offered as a gift did not get validated. I had an online advisor just after who told me she would add it to the delivery pallet, but that was not done. It's a bit meh.
Very well guided in my choice by phone.
Easy order, a lot of details on the product characteristics on the website. Free and very fast delivery by carrier. Upon receipt: very nice product.
Fast delivery and good product. The delivery by the carrier was tedious, I do not recommend DPD. Then the product is okay, except that for a 80 spring jump mat ordered, the one we received has 81 rings!! this is not very disturbing in itself, but it creates a wrinkled area at that spot. Not very aesthetic. I order from France trampoline to be sure of the quality, but I see that low-cost is present everywhere. Too bad
Top material, delivery with appointment without any problem. I recommend
Very happy
the requested service was perfectly provided
Good assembly guide however requires strength for assembly. Dismantling may also have some difficulties. Lacks a description of the assembly of the cover.
Very good product
Very good product but difficult to assemble
