Excellent product but with a slightly high price;
excellent
Very complete site and detailed description of the proposed products
No issues with my order. Good advice over the phone. I appreciate being able to repair my trampoline with spare parts sold individually. Very good customer service.
Top customer service! Very very good quality products, easy to assemble!
Excellent after-sales service. Excellent site, we are very satisfied

Top quality 360 trampoline, easy assembly, both kids and adults are delighted
I put the cover on which fits very well thank you
two months delay before providing the requested material and more than 10 reminders. you can check the emails and all the excuses you provided me. Unworthy of a professional! ***
Hello, First of all, we thank you for taking the time to leave a comment. Regarding your order for a custom trampoline, it has indeed and unfortunately been a victim of a delay beyond our control in its manufacturing and delivery. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences caused and remain at your disposal for any questions or comments. Best regards, the France Trampoline team
Very good product

VERY GOOD
Extremely responsive! Excellent customer service
no problem. From order to delivery
Everything is great!! Both the trampoline and the phone reception.
Very good phone reception. But the price of spare parts is too expensive, but I still recommend your site because the products are of good quality.
Everything is perfect.
Very practical samples.
Very clear website. Order received and in good condition.
Nothing to report, service in line with the order. Package well packaged.
A top responsiveness. I had left a written message on my order, the salesperson called me right away. It's great, thank you.
Perfect product, meets our request, very simple to purchase and top delivery, thank you.
Order delivered the day after tomorrow. Exactly as on the site.
Site difficult to make a choice. However, the reception and explanation over the phone were really top-notch. Very, very poor delivery (outsourced)... shameful, gave a very bad image of the brand.
Hello, and thank you for taking the time to leave a comment. We are sorry that the ordering process on our site, as well as the delivery of your trampoline, did not meet your satisfaction. We take note of your two remarks and commit to paying even more attention to these two points in the future. We remain at your disposal for any comments, the France Trampoline team.
Following the phone call, very good explanation.
Delivery met expectations and was on time as agreed by phone with the carrier. Trampoline easy to assemble (allow at least 2-3 hours). It seems robust: to be confirmed over time.
Very good quality! Very happy with my purchase.
Package delivered on time. Clear assembly instructions. Assembly with several people is much simpler. It is a good product that meets expectations. Serious site.
Very good quality of the trampoline. Simple assembly thanks to a very clear manual.
Site concerned that products meet customer expectations. Attentive and efficient. I highly recommend.
Clear product description. Super fast delivery.
Very good product, easy to install, delivered quickly.
Everything is very good, except for the total measurement announced... the measurement does not take into account the elements outside the trampoline, by that I mean the posts! This poses major problems for us, particularly the impossibility of positioning 2 of them..
Good product. Good advice for making the right choice. Very fast delivery (ordered Sunday evening, delivered Wednesday morning). I can only recommend!
Everything went well: order and delivery with even a call from the supplier before confirming the order to ensure the product.
