I bought small black plastic hooks (30). They are not identical to the originals and of lower quality. For the rest, nothing to report.

As always, precise answers. Very pleasant interlocutor, attentive and competent Quick delivery.
perfect
So far everything is fine.
Very well informed by the seller. Moreover, he managed the online order. Quick delivery of the parts and perfect diagnosis of the parts to be replaced.
Delivery made on the scheduled date, suitable packaging
Just a pity there aren't enough ties
I am happy to have received my package despite the Belgian postal strike, this was a sample to see with a larger order? I remain confident.
Order placed by phone and confirmed by email. Order, shipping and receipt went smoothly. ***** I had a bit of difficulty stretching your protective cover over my trampoline's fabric and I'm still not sure if I did it correctly as I didn't find any instructions in the packaging and my cover is not tight despite the hooks. My lack of experience and technique??
Nothing to report Order conforms to what I hoped. Delivery was perfect. I recommend.
staff attentive and competent following a order error it was refunded without issues after a simple phone call keep it up
Good product
Thank you for your advice on ordering the right size. There was just a missing manual to assemble the net. I had to search on YouTube and cut the old net to get the tubes out.
I am very happy with my purchase! Very good quality and very durable. It would be better to make it with folding legs so we could store it more quickly and it works very well for exercising at home whenever we want.... I'm a fan and I discovered a quality French product at a good price compared to the competition, their prices are outrageous!!!! Thank you and happy sales...
The buried trampoline requires more work than a classic trampoline but the result is worth it. Long assembly but not so complicated, however, it is advisable to have two people. The product seems to be of good quality but recent purchase to be confirmed over time. A good customer service
correct, a planned and expected delivery at my home but unfortunately just a notice of passage in the mailbox! Had to reschedule a delivery
