Good advice. Delivery on time according to my availability.
Very good
Fast and corresponding to the request.
Product perfectly adaptable to the device purchased 12 years ago from a manufacturer that is no longer active today. During the order, the seller perfectly questioned me about the characteristics of the device.

Staff attentive.
Nothing to complain about except that the order and receipt were done quickly. I was also contacted by phone beforehand to check if I had taken the correct measurements before sending the jump mat. What I appreciate the most.

No problem
Product not installed so could not test it but preliminary approach very satisfactory.
Difficulty installing the inner net, we followed online videos but it wasn't simple...
Hello, and thank you for taking the time to leave a comment. We are sorry to read that the installation of your net seemed difficult to you. We have indeed tried to document as much as possible the different steps to follow to install a home net simply and without the mandatory intervention of a professional, through an assembly guide but also step-by-step videos. To complement the information provided by these supports, or for any questions or advice regarding your net or its installation, our team of experts is at your disposal from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm by phone or email: do not hesitate to contact them, they will be happy to respond to you! Best regards, the France Trampoline team
Purchase of a net to replace the one on my trampoline that had seen better days.. very well advised as I had a doubt about the diameter.. very satisfied..

Super service attentive. The advisors even contacted us to ensure that the order was correct because the product can be ordered I have never seen such good service BRAVO
Delivery by post impeccable.
Product meets my expectations, easy to assemble!
Assembly instructions not precise enough. Not enough bounce, not soft enough
Hello, and thank you for taking the time to leave a comment. We are sorry that the product did not completely convince you. Our customers are usually very satisfied with this trampoline which is designed to allow very young children to gently initiate themselves, and without any risk to their joints, to the joys of trampolining. Accessible to toddlers from 12 months, it has been deliberately designed with elastic bands instead of springs, which explains indeed its softer rebounds than on a classic trampoline. We remain at your disposal for any questions. Best regards, the France Trampoline team
Product as described, fast delivery. Very satisfied
Good advice, order and delivery respected
Very good performance. However, one spring was defective and the return of a new one was done without any problem. However, for a simple spring, it is a pity that a signature is required upon receipt. We lost a week because of that.
Good work.
