Very pleasant and competent salesperson on the phone. Simple order online. Deadlines respected. Easy assembly (with two). Sturdy material. The gift is very welcome, the children are having a blast. The parents are out of breath like crazy.
Perfect delivery, very serious delivery company
Fast delivery and products that meet my expectations, products already ordered 5 years ago, so I can say that the net and the protection above the springs last 5 years in the sun. There you go, don't change anything Thank you ***
A lot of information during the order preparation, delivery on time by a very competent provider. Trampoline in place, assembled easily and seems to be of excellent quality. Very clear and complete instructions.
Quality of the trampoline meets our expectations, fast delivery thank you France trampoline you made a happy gymnast
Very good services. Contacted by France Trampoline before sending the order to confirm the dimensions.
Quick transaction, additional gift (basket basket very appreciated by children) BUT the carabiner connecting the suspension handle and the seat rope was missing in the zip line kit, too bad. Please specify or correct the supply.

Very good quality
Despite a phone verification of the correct dimensions of our trampoline purchased 5 years ago, the supplied parts were too large. My husband had to trim each ordered post...
Hello, and thank you for taking the time to leave us a comment! We are sorry that the spare parts did not fit despite our vigilance. Next time, do not hesitate to contact us before assembly so that we can see together what can be done to avoid modifying the parts. We remain at your disposal, sincerely, the France Trampoline team

Exceptional, I made a mistake in my order and someone from your services called me to indicate the error (size of the net compared to the size of the trampoline purchased several years ago) Bravo for the professionalism, it's so rare ... I received products that met my needs and of very good quality, as usual, I have been recommending you for several years, great job! ***

Searching was a bit complicated not knowing at all what I was looking for but good information, transaction and easy delivery scheduling, fast delivery. I recommend.
very good
This is the first time an order has gone this way and I am really disappointed. The order was only prepared after the administrative payment. So a longer delivery time for an order of less than *** €.
Hello, and first of all, we thank you for taking the time to leave us a comment. For technical and IT reasons, it sometimes happens that orders are only prepared upon receipt of payment in the case of administrative payments on invoice. We do our best to minimize processing times. We thank you for your understanding and remain at your disposal for any questions or additional information. The France Trampoline team
With a doubt about the product to order, I called and was very well informed
