Clear site: I immediately found the part I needed to repair my trampoline. Shipping, delivery, and communication were all perfect afterwards.
Perfect order for spare part
Perfect
Very good quality trampoline. The net and its closure are very sturdy. The bounce of the mat is dynamic. We have as much fun as the kids. The trampoline does not move like others can when jumping with several people inside. My children are safe... and the kit with the ladder, the anchors, and the cover are essential to complete everything. Despite the wind we have here, it hasn't moved.
Easy installation. The material seems solid. We will see over time.
Speed of delivery
Item matches the photo. Very easy to use.
Serious company, quality material, all spare parts are available so that trampolines can be maintained for a long time and that's a real plus.
I am very satisfied because with the ordered spare parts I can reuse my trampoline.
Good product that seems to be of quality, to see over time. One part arrived broken, after a call to customer service, it was sent back to me very quickly. Attentive and courteous.
Fast delivery. Ordered item matches my expectations.
Very good service
Great
Delivery was compliant and fast. Excellent service.
Good delivery time in line with my expectations.
good
The received product does not completely match my request
Order delivered on time. Product matches what is presented on the site. Responsive sales service to organize delivery. Easy assembly. Both young and old have fun. Very satisfied with the product.
Excellent
Perfect
French quality :)
Very good service. Serious site. Very pleasant, operational operators!!! Very nice quality of the products,
good
Super quality, my kids spend their days on it!!!! I advise against the second-hand option, we considered it but upon receiving the package we were glad we didn't!!!
Replacement protection cushion different from the original. Absence of the protective skirt which, in my opinion, better protected access to the springs. Otherwise, quite thick
This is the 3rd spring cover we buy. Compared to the others, we quickly noticed that the material was not like the others. The others looked like a tarp for covering a barbecue or something... this one seems solid. We'll see over time, we just installed it.
Perfect. The springboard is great
Fast delivery. A bit disappointed by the finish of the product
Good resistance
Good quality item but a bit expensive
Trampoline that seems to offer good quality and user safety. The kids are thrilled. Assembly is significantly more laborious than in the video. The announced installation time is unrealistic. The delivery was not planned in advance by the transport company as announced on the site. Fortunately, we were present on the day of delivery.
Fast delivery and ordered parts perfectly conform to expectations
Very good
Very good quality trampoline! The weak point: for assembly, it must absolutely be done with 2 people and with tools other than those provided in the package.
Very good quality trampoline, which delights my daughter.
The item is of very nice quality, conforms to the description, excellent delivery service
Fast and efficient.
impeccable
Item conforms to expectations. An installation manual would be wise
Perfect. The gift is nice but I don't have a net around the trampoline so it's impossible to hang the basketball hoop...
Good telephone service
Long shipping 8 days, while it was planned for 2 to 5 days.
fast, complete package. Nothing to say, perfect service
Very good and responsive in case of "problem"!
Delivery on time. Nothing to complain about.
Quality product, delivery and packaging OK, Only flaw is the net too tight at the base so we can't go all the way around. At the top it's ok
Order placed quickly and without any problems.
Spare parts available after several years. Very pleasant company to recommend
Efficiency and speed Thank you
