Very good product

Nothing to complain about

packaging defect glue on the product!!!

Very good product, the diameter of the cable is higher than most models sold in stores, I highly recommend.

Very good service. Order easily placed. Short delivery time.

perfect

very professional team

An impeccable service at all levels. I recommend trampoline without hesitation.

Very efficient

purchase of a trampoline net. received, a net of very good quality, within very reasonable timeframes.

The material received is of very good quality.

Very good quality product. Perfect delivery.

I called twice to place my order. I didn't wait, and the person who answered was the same both times. Not only did she provide me with perfect information, but she did it with a lot of kindness, which, combined with the professionalism shown, is relatively rare. That's why I wanted to share my testimony.

very good service, very available and pleasant staff. A small downside is that the delivery people do whatever they want. For the delivery, you are not notified, and if absent, they give your package to the neighbor. I find this procedure cavalier and a total lack of professionalism. As for you, I find you very good.

We have a trampoline with a diameter of 4.5m since 2009 and it brings joy to both young and old. I usually say it's better than a pool because it works all year round. For this last order, I had no problems except for the delivery, which was a bit difficult to schedule, but the package arrived well, thank you.

Correct product among a wide choice. Company to be known.

Fast and efficient

Within the expected deadlines and delivered on a pallet. Well packaged.

Good service, fast

Very good product and ease of purchase.

Very good

Fast delivery in accordance with the order.

Very satisfied with the responsiveness following an order error.

very good quality of the trampoline, which has nothing to do with the standard trampolines sold elsewhere, fast delivery and very good communication.

Delivery quite fast. Material conforms to what was ordered.

Material delivered quickly and efficiently

Very good! Satisfied. However, it's a shame to have received the catalog with the comparison of all the trampolines that exist only upon receipt of the trampoline. If I could have had that on the site (unless it is there but I didn't see it) I might not have chosen the oval one but the rectangular one.

Very good contact, product conforms, deadline respected. Thank you

Quality trampoline ++++ Professional and quality customer service for those who can pay: there can't be many!!! It's the best

Very well informed. No waiting on phone calls and very friendly staff. Very good order tracking and deadline respected.

Very good service

Very good except for frayed elastic

Good logistics, easy to install material and already well used!

Very good material - Nothing to say. Nothing to compare with the trampolines sold in supermarkets or even in specialized sports stores..

Fast delivery Product conforms to the order Perfect customer service

Material conforms but instruction manual in English. Possibly missing protective rubber for trees.
