Small problem with the side bars of my ovalis490 but quickly resolved with the customer service who were super responsive. Very good service. Otherwise, the trampoline is of very good quality, I recommend
Exactly what I expected, but shipping costs a bit excessive (to Belgium).
Fast and secure shipping. Impeccable product
Very fast delivery and very well packaged. The gift offered was changed at my request (not useful as there was no protective net) for 2 other gifts. THANK YOU for everything
always listening to you, quick delivery and responsiveness
Very good advice
Top service by phone
Satisfied with my purchase
Good transport services and fast delivery quality of the product
The product after a few days of use seems very good. My dissatisfaction comes from the delivery time which was not respected and the price of the product: for a delivery to Switzerland, the shipping + customs + VAT costs almost as much as the trampoline itself. This should be made much clearer when ordering! This trampoline (Ovaline 430) cost us: ***€ (trampoline) ***€ (shipping + customs fees) ***€ (VAT + customs fees on the Swiss side) In summary, my neighbors who wanted to order the same quickly abandoned the idea and I advise against continuing deliveries to Switzerland at this price under the risk of receiving numerous complaints!
Hello, we thank you for taking the time to leave us a comment. We are sorry for the inconveniences you may have encountered during the delivery of your trampoline. Indeed, in the case of a delivery to Switzerland, additional fees apply in addition to the standard transport fees, and unfortunately this is beyond our control. We strive to clearly indicate this information on our site (especially on the page https://france-trampoline.com/fr/info/4_livraison-france-trampoline) but we take note of your remark and will ensure to be even more explicit in the future. We remain at your disposal for any further information, the France Trampoline team

Hello, thank you for your comment! We are delighted that your order has brought you satisfaction and wish you good times on your trampoline! The France Trampoline team
Fast delivery. Perfect packaging. Very good quality product. Quite easy to assemble. 2 springs out of 96 with the hook in the wrong direction.
perfect...
Great
Very mediocre quality net compared to the original net... very very disappointed with my purchase
Hello, and thank you for taking the time to leave us a comment. The material of some of our nets has indeed been modified over time for technical and logistical reasons, but we can assure you that we always take great care in the making and quality of our products. We do take note of your comment and will pass it on internally to the relevant people. Best regards, the France Trampoline team
Very good product. Excellent quality!
Very satisfied with the product. A bit long to assemble but the kids are thrilled. It lacks a 5th star because the delivery from Kuhne-Hagel went badly. I had to take care of retrieving all the packages in my car because they did not take care to check if their 18-ton truck could deliver to me while it was empty by the way. This is the first time a delivery person has encountered difficulty for a reason of accessibility that could have been anticipated. I had taken half a day off to respect their delivery time slot. If I hadn't retrieved the packages myself from the side of the road, they wouldn't have delivered to me. Otherwise, very good product.
Perfect
Delighted, I called your services and I was very well advised
At the time of the order: excellent service. Delivery service was terrible. The provider is not serious and you should work with another delivery company.
Hello, and thank you for your comment. We take note of your disappointment regarding the carrier who handled the delivery of your package. We will pass the information on to the concerned managers and we will strive to avoid this situation in the future. We remain at your disposal for any further information, the France Trampoline team
Correct product, a bit long delivery time.
Hello, thank you for your comment. Indeed, as announced during your order, this product was being restocked at the time of your purchase. It was shipped to you 7 days later, however, delivery to a relay point always takes a bit longer than direct home delivery. We remain at your disposal for any further information, the France Trampoline team

Good without problem
The material is of excellent quality, fast delivery.
Delivery times respected, on time. No problem, very good information on the delivery which was fast.
Perfect, nothing to complain about
Very good trampoline, difficult assembly at the level of the protective net, for the rest it was okay
Perfect welcome and attentive. However, a bit disappointed with the quality of the springs that break a bit too often. However, I disassemble the trampoline every year. The breaks are always in the same place on the spring. Otherwise, everything is fine.
quality product for replacement of original material..
Nothing to report
Purchase of trampoline mat + circular cushion. Very good quality, fast shipping, possibility to pay in installments.
Hello, we are very happy with the services you offer. A quick phone reception without fuss and competent. I recommend you without any problem to my acquaintances who have also done business with you. Congratulations and thank you.
Very good service
Respect for delivery time. Assembly quite easy. The product seems robust (to be seen in use). The entrance to the trampoline is not easy as the zipper leaves little passage.
Very good delivery
