Attentive, precise, efficient!
Serious company and excellent product.
Top
Trustworthy site and top quality trampoline.
Hello, everything is perfect and of very good quality, except for one detail my trampoline has 5 legs and you only provide 4 anchors, too bad.
Fast delivery. Easy to assemble trampoline and of good quality. Good jumping quality for children and parents.
Perfect
Satisfied with my purchases on the site.
Fast delivery, technician who calls to check the measurements and give good advice, and good quality. Really very good.
very good
Fast delivery and well-packaged parcel. The assembly still took longer than expected. We'll see if the additional floor fixings will be sufficient in use, given that the location is quite exposed to the wind.
Very happy, my children and we are delighted. The only small downside (one of the springs is a bit bent and the contents were just not an extra) otherwise the trampoline is really well suited for children and adults.
Delivery + deadlines ok. However, the original fiberglass arches were equipped with an elastic that connected them to each other, which meant we had 2 large half-arches that were easier to install, which is regrettable.
Hello, and thank you for taking the time to leave us a comment. Indeed, our new fiberglass arches have been separated for technical, logistical, and functional reasons. Their efficiency and solidity remain equivalent to our previous range. We wish you pleasant moments on your trampoline! Best regards, the France Trampoline team.
very high quality product, accessibility of spare parts that allow replacing an element and getting a brand new trampoline back.

Fast delivery, quality material, French manufacturing, pure happiness for young and old...
Very good quality product. Spare parts always in stock. Very responsive customer service, everything is perfect
The products match the descriptions well. Following a stock shortage, the merchant is very responsive. The order tracking is good and the delivery went well.
Easy and quick order. Delivery time respected but a bit long.
Perfect, fast delivery and product perfectly packaged
I contacted France Trampoline for information regarding our 360 trampoline, they were very good advisors. However, I find it unfortunate that the anchoring kit and the protective cover are not sold systematically with it. I also want to mention that the fixing collars between the bars holding the protective net and the lower part are a bit flimsy, I broke one while tightening the lock nut. Otherwise, everything seems to be of good quality (the instructions are very well explained). I do 10 minutes of trampoline every other day, the kids, I won't even mention, and we love it. THANK YOU France Trampoline I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!
super trampoline
Very satisfied with the chosen trampoline model, the quality is there. Impeccable delivery. My daughter was eagerly waiting for it. I recommend France Trampoline.
Very good
Purchase of the trampoline for several years. Very satisfied. Purchase of the net to replace the old one which was torn. Simple net to assemble.
very good service. Improvement: I would have preferred a discount to a gift. I would have preferred bigger and stiffer springs. Thank you
Fast delivery. Article well packaged. Corresponds to the advertisement.
Super fast delivered on time... quality products... the girls love the basketball hoop you offered. Thank you.
Exceptional service. Really very satisfied with the speed, the welcome, and the competence of the staff.
Very satisfied with the welcome I received; very attentive interlocutor who did everything to ensure satisfaction; Thank you.
Quality material and remarkable service. I had ordered to replace a protective net, but I had made a mistake with the reference. I was contacted before the order and the reference was changed. I therefore received the correct product despite my mistake. I highly recommend. The only downside is that the delivery company delivered to me on Monday instead of Friday.
Case: standard exchange of defective part. Excellent responsiveness and very short delay. Replacement product completely compliant.
We have not yet set up the zip line, but the children loved the special trampoline basketball hoop (besides, it was your gift) as for the net, they also tried it and found it good, except that it moves a bit at the top when they climb, but they manage to go up on one side and come down on the other....
Fast delivery. Good article, my children have a lot of fun and it is of good quality but we will see over time. Too bad there is only one ball.
Top service!!!
Material faithful to the description, fast delivery.
