Very good little trampoline for now, to see in use..
Fast delivery, but I was not notified by phone by the carrier as indicated, fortunately I was able to free myself to receive the package. Good quality product easy to assemble but the hook of 2 sandos that hold the cushion broke on the first use by my daughter who does not yet weigh 20kg (I am waiting for better weather and a more regular use to see if this happens again and contact customer service)
I am talking about the service and not the product which I have not yet unpacked. I am not happy to have seen the price of the trampoline drop the day after my purchase. I contacted you twice by email to express my dissatisfaction but have received no response to date.
Hello, first of all, we thank you for taking the time to leave us a comment. We checked but unfortunately did not receive any email from you, which explains our lack of response. The JumpUp trampoline you ordered was indeed part of our sale products; the day after your purchase, the 3rd markdown period of our sales opened and the discount on this product was indeed greater. We apologize for this inconvenience; do not hesitate to contact us at contact@france-trampoline.com or by phone at 05 56 36 04 62 for more information. Best regards, the France Trampoline team
I received the trampoline 5 days after ordering it online (including the weekend). The package was well packed and nothing was missing. Once assembled, the trampoline seems very sturdy and safe. It's a good quality product. I also appreciate the cover.
Purchase of a replacement net for a trampoline "France trampoline". The longevity of the original justified the double price of the replacement compared to what is found in stores, as promised to be identical. However, the product received is much thinner, the base attachments of the net have no closure system and end up detaching, which leaves me doubtful about the quality of the product. I hope it will prove to be as durable as the old one given the price. Best regards
Good overall performance

Very good product, the kids are having a blast
Everything went smoothly

Perfect but not possible to assemble alone.

excellent
Fast delivery, super responsive after-sales service
Top-notch after-sales service!!
After-sales service on trampoline: incorrect technical advice, delivered product incompatible and dangerous, return was okay. New order, once again proposed solution incompatible, fortunately we checked... 1st delivery: package arrived completely destroyed (burst + broken parts): refused 2nd delivery: package once again burst and damaged parts: I kept the product out of despair, it is usable although damaged. A lot of hassle for not much...
Hello, thank you for your comment. We sincerely apologize for the handling of your order, which is far from the quality of service we strive to provide. Issues with compatibility of spare parts, just like delivery problems, can happen, but it is true that the accumulation of inconveniences in your case is simply unacceptable. We hope that the commercial gesture granted on the second net will allow you to fully enjoy your installation. We renew our apologies and remain at your disposal for any further information. Best regards, the France Trampoline team
Good quality trampoline
very good
Professional, courteous service
Very easy purchase by phone. Very friendly interlocutors. Catastrophic delivery due to the use of the DPD service provider.
I ordered samples for a future order, fast delivery and as expected.
As of today (3 weeks after purchase and assembly), we are very satisfied with the product. The contact with the carrier for the appointment and delivery was impeccable. The assembly went well too, no major difficulties. The trampoline is of superior quality to our previous model (***). As a parent, I appreciate the very sturdy double door. The little one is having a blast and our acrobat is having a great time. I also jump on it from time to time and it holds up well. Good value for money. We will recommend it.

Following the return service, disappointing handling on the first contact. On the second contact, you managed to assess the situation of the request. And the after-sales service was carried out. Regarding the delivery, the driver showed up in the morning while the appointment was made for the afternoon. He left a message saying that the second visit would be charged because no one was present during the delivery. After a call, he returned in the afternoon without extra cost. This nonetheless leaves a rather negative feeling about the overall service. However, I want to emphasize the quality of the material from France trampoline as it is present with many of my acquaintances, which is why despite everything I would reorder from them if I need a new trampoline.
Hello, and thank you for taking the time to leave us a comment. We apologize for these delivery issues that are beyond our control, and we wish you very good moments on your trampoline! Best regards, the France Trampoline team
