Good
Phone contact with a very helpful advisor: product recommended suited my request. No complaints about the phone advice or the online order. Quick reception. Thank you.
Very good product.
Order related to the trampoline warranty, handled very quickly without any issues.
Material meets expectations. Great professionalism as I was contacted by phone to ensure the relevance of the ordered product.
Very good product. Fast delivery. Very good telephone assistance and the person was very friendly. I recommend for their deadlines, quality of products...
France trampoline offers good and genuine high-end products, our children love the zip line. Certainly more expensive than elsewhere, but as with everything, quality and robustness have no price. No, really a reasonable price for a good quality product.
The Apollo 500 trampoline is of excellent quality. However, the assembly instructions are poorly written: they are not up to date (they do not mention the provided bungee cords), and they are not precise enough to allow for a good assembly on the first try, resulting in us assembling some poles upside down and wasting time. Close-up views of the details are missing.
Hello, and first of all, thank you for taking the time to leave a comment. We take note of your remarks and can assure you that we are already working on a new version of the assembly instructions, so that these inconveniences do not happen again. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and remain at your disposal for any questions. Best regards, the France Trampoline team
Efficiency, precision, quality, and impeccable carrier. Well done
Good product. I am satisfied
Perfect
Defective part preventing assembly. Fortunately, good responsiveness for customer service.
Hello, and thank you for taking the time to leave a comment. We apologize for the inconvenience caused, and we wish you good games with your soccer goal! Best regards, the France Trampoline team
Fast shipping, item matching the description. Package in good condition and polite delivery person
I really appreciated the short shipping time and I greatly appreciated the help in organizing the delivery. Package arrived intact. Good quality product.
Great as usual
Order placed without any problem. Very fast delivery by carrier. Very good robust product with a simple assembly principle but still requiring time. Plan to have someone strong among the assemblers. Quality jumping mat and demanding for jumps. Very good finishes in the different elements. There is a cost but the quality is indeed present for demanding jumpers.
I rated this order as average not for the trampoline, but for the carrier. First, the delivery hours from 10 am to 5 pm are not compatible with our lifestyle, and moreover, the delivery person was very unfriendly.
Hello, we are sorry that the delivery of your trampoline did not fully meet your satisfaction, and we regret this attitude which is not up to the quality of service we strive to provide. Nevertheless, we wish you very good times on your trampoline! Best regards, the France Trampoline team
Very good
Fast delivery. Trampoline easy to assemble. It seems to be of very good quality.

Very good products
Service meets my expectations
The delivery fees added to customs fees double the price of the item, in this case
Taken under warranty super fast
excellent
Very good 😊
Good service and very attentive representative
Meets my expectations. Easy to install
Very good product, good quality and safe for a little one!
Good quality product. The foam protecting the springs could be denser. Not happy with the delivery because the delivery person cannot say in advance when he delivers during the day. Result: I went to pick up the trampoline from the delivery person...
Meets my expectations. Good quality jumping mat. Thank you.
Responsive and very friendly welcome
very good product and attentive sales team
Very good product received as agreed. By carefully consulting the instructions, the assembly is surprisingly easy, simple, and quick. It brings joy to our granddaughter and we are convinced of the durability of the trampoline.
Very good
easy assembly, fast delivery
Very good order tracking. Very good product. However, the delivery is not flexible enough.
