Okay except for the delivery point too far from our home.
Super trampoline of good quality, fast delivery. A bit tedious to assemble even with two adults, plan for a good half day. The children are thrilled! They jump 'super high'.
Perfect.
No issues, just need to assess the quality in use considering a real evolution of the purchased product (protective cover).
We haven't opened the packages yet since the children are not on site, this will happen during January, thank you.
Serious from start to finish.
Hello. Material received quickly in proper packaging. The ordered material corresponds to the order and the photos on the site. Recommended site. No issues.
Very good service.
In line with our expectations.
Very good. Small downside on the trampoline assembly instructions which lack precision.
very good quality product
Nothing to complain about!
Very clear site, and easy order. Delivery in accordance with the indicated deadlines (for Christmas) Product easy to install with 2 people. Very nice product (Mini Pack Trampoline Initio 250) and complete with ladder, and anchoring kit Quality seems to be there... and the kids love it!!! (2 girls aged 4 and 7) and thank you for the basketball hoop and ball... :)
Quality service. The assembly guide could be more explicit.

There is a problem with the delivery address for the carrier to deliver to me, I didn't understand anything, we have registered our address on your site thank you.
Simple order, fast delivery, product exactly as presented on the site.
Excellent
The package arrived several days late... But compliant...
Hello, thank you for your comment. We are sorry for this delivery delay, unfortunately independent of our will, especially at this end of the year. The France Trampoline team
Very good website, Since it's a Christmas gift the product hasn't been opened or tested yet Arrived very quickly after placing the order Can't wait to see the quality That's why I only give 4 stars
perfect product and fast delivery
My trampoline is in winter storage. Therefore, I couldn't set up the ordered part. Order received very quickly but I didn't appreciate the delivery service that doesn't notify, bumps into the door and announces another delivery day without giving any time, neither morning nor afternoon.....
Great product
Fast delivery. Trampoline easy to assemble. Very happy with the purchase and the children are happy.
very good
package very damaged crushed everywhere
Hello, and thank you for taking the time to leave a comment. We are sorry that the delivery did not bring you complete satisfaction: if this situation were to arise again in the future, please make sure to clearly state your precise reservations on the delivery note from the driver at the time of receipt, in order to allow for the opening of a claim against the carrier. Really unfortunate that my account has been deleted since my purchase in 2015. no trace of my purchase to find the consumable.
Serious provider.

Regarding the number of stars, it is not appropriate because concerning the delivery nothing to say, perfect. As for the product, I can't tell you anything for now, the trampoline being a gift for Christmas, it has not yet been set up. Best regards.
