quality product, fast delivery, good advice by phone
PERFECT AND FAST
Trampoline that breathes quality. You can clearly see the difference. Yes, it's more expensive but as they say 'buy cheap, buy twice'. Spare parts available if needed and it supports a French company.
Good
Very good quality/price ratio on this Access 430 model. Fast and serious delivery by ***. Thank you.
Easy order, efficient delivery, short delay, very good quality product
I am satisfied with my purchase and the delivery despite the delay as the product was being restocked. The only negative point: difficulty in assembling the net without an assembly note provided.
Perfect 👍
A customer of France Trampoline for years, I am still very satisfied with the advice and seriousness of this company.
Thank you to the person I spoke to on the phone during my order.
Very good quality product and I trust its rigidity (already had one before). Very fast shipping and delivery. However, the carrier offers time slots between 9 am and 3 pm!! Worse than EDF or GDF! They ring and leave immediately, not even having time to receive the package.
Nothing to say about the order placement, its payment, and the delivery. However, the delivered products (spare parts: net and protective cushion) are not quite identical to the originals and required some 'DIY' to adapt them to the trampoline (e.g., adjusting the support frames of the net, which had to be repositioned). Moreover, the quality of the cushion does not seem to be the same as that of the original cushion (thinner and lighter). We will have to see about the durability.
It was about replacing the protective net of the trampoline purchased in 2011 as well as 2 caps: - net replacement OK - the diameter of the 2 delivered caps did not match, problem remedied by a new delivery in very quick time. I continue to place my utmost trust in France Trampoline ***
Bravo
good phone reception
Very easy to assemble even for a woman
Nothing to say. Fast delivery despite a detour through another relay. Good quality products
Thank you to *** for their advice and professionalism!
Also contacted by phone, the operator was very professional and attentive. She made the ordering process easier for us.
Order processing speed.
Compliant in quality and timing
Very fast and efficient
Very happy with the received item
The product was indicated as awaiting restocking at the time of order. The indicated date was respected and the product was delivered very quickly afterwards. The material seems to be of much better quality than our old Jumpking trampoline.
Perfect
Excellent product. My child is delighted.
Delighted with my order. Call to verify the measurements of my trampoline. Serious and professional.
No issues with the delivery, but a broken part... so handling wasn't very delicate...

Very efficient and friendly.
Perfect service, before and after the order
Nothing to say, top explanations on the site and a phone call to secure the order.
Ok.
Ordered this trampoline for our daughters, it fully meets our expectations as well as theirs. Ordered easily, delivered quickly, without damage and complete. Clear and complete assembly instructions. We had to contact customer service, which was very prompt in responding and sending stronger elastics than the originals. I recommend this site.
Fully satisfied with the delivery, the installation guide, and the ordered material
Product and service are top-notch: easy assembly, quality materials, and excellent results: the Jump'Up, a great trampoline for children and adults! I highly recommend!!!
Very good
Order processed and delivered quickly.
You need several people to assemble it.. Ideally 4
High quality product with fast and punctual delivery
Perfect
Delivery conforms to the product description. Very good quality and thick tarpaulin. Living in the south, my previous ones (other brands) did not last 1 year.
Very good and faster than expected.
Nothing to report
A perfect customer service, someone called me to review my order and ensure that everything was OK.
Perfect
compliant products, deadlines respected and information on time, what to say... 4 orders, not a single issue.

High quality product
The safety net fits perfectly on my trampoline, delivered quite quickly, no issues.....
Assembly took at least 3 hours. Thanks to the video on the site that helped us a lot. The trampoline seems to be of very good quality. We are happy and our 3 children even more.
