Product delivered quickly, within the indicated deadlines. Compliant with the description, net adaptable to the dimensions of our trampoline of another model (but from the brand France trampoline) purchased several years ago. It is very appreciable to be able to change only a part of the damaged material.
Received quickly! Compliant product and super well packaged, it breathes quality!
Perfect
Ease of ordering, very clear explanations regarding delivery. No issues
Apart from the order taking with the promised gift of a basketball hoop replaced by a scooter which was not respected, only after insisting on the phone was the exchange made. Otherwise very good
Order handling and delivery in record time. Very satisfied with my purchase, congratulations to the teams!
I ordered a climbing dome with hammock and swing. Fast and well-protected shipping. Easy to assemble (plan for 2 people). Dome with nice colors and very large. My children are delighted. The swing and hammock attach via harness and are therefore easily interchangeable. I recommend!
Item arrived well. Package in good condition. Received within 1 week. Serious transport. Assembly a bit complex (be careful with the direction of the bars)
Very high-quality product. Could improve the assembly instructions.
Climbing dome and swing: extremely solid products and totally adapted to children's imagination, (this is a change from the classic slide). The family is delighted with this purchase.
The tarp is impossible to fix, and does not prevent water from entering!
Nothing to report. Perfect service.
Fast and compliant. Good communication.
Fast and quality delivery. Products without unpleasant surprises and perfectly meeting our expectations. The installation of the zip line was not as simple as in the video, but maybe because we lack practice. We would have appreciated a bit more elements to enhance the adventure course... but well, it's already not bad. The whole thing is a hit with our friends and Airbnb travelers.
Good product (hammock for climbing dome) but a bit long delay
Good order tracking, efficient
Good product. Very reliable
Perfect
Great products and fast, efficient delivery.
Delivered quickly
Hello, 1-The careful realization of the initial tension of the XL 45m zip line cable deserves more equipment and care than some people armed with brooms as specified in the assembly instructions... The tensioner allows for adjustment and finalization of the tension. 2-I did not find the locking system announced on the tensioner... ***
Very good

I received the package very quickly, the order processing was super efficient. On the installation side, stretching the cable is not easy, you need to get several people and not waste time when it is stretched. The rest of the installation goes well. Personally, I used a laser pen on a bubble level to level it as my land is sloped. It is easier when the ground is flat.
Nothing particular to say, good product and easy to assemble.. top 😁👍
Products always of very good quality
Really great
Good phone contact and good information. Very good product. Site to recommend.
Perfect
Fast shipping
Spare parts sent very quickly
Very qualitative material.
Easy and quick order, the jump360 trampoline is perfect for an adult or 2 young children with its jumping mat of more than 3m in diameter (good compromise between the footprint of the trampoline and the jumping space). Good quality trampoline, very stable (does not move even when used by an adult) and the bounce is great for children thanks to the long springs that provide good jump flexibility (also pleasant for adults)
Received the order quickly, I recommend the site
This "order" was a customer service issue. Exemplary responsiveness from France trampoline. I reported the problem one evening. The next day, my request was taken into account and I received the spare part 3 days later! It is in customer service that we recognize the seriousness of a company!
Material perfectly conforms to my expectations, beautiful quality and simple installation, very nice!!!
Super customer service, easy to reach and very knowledgeable about the products. Warm and efficient welcome!
Excellent advice and follow-up on the sale. Quality product.
After placing an order to change the arcs of my trampoline which I received very quickly. I had a problem and contacted France Trampoline, they found that I had made a mistake in my order and they sent me the missing parts for free and without shipping costs. I was pleasantly surprised and in our time I believe it is good to highlight companies that have an extreme sense of commerce. Pleasant on the phone despite my mistake. I take this opportunity to leave a comment on the net issues encountered by some people, it is a trampoline and not a children's park. I took a long time to make them understand that we should not deliberately throw ourselves into the nets.
Very easy site, spare parts a bit expensive.
Very good. Meets my expectations perfectly
The purchased product is original. Very pleasant camping in the garden.
Material conforms to my expectations
Disappointed! My order is not complete, there is a missing item in the purchased pack and during installation several plastic hooks broke.
Good quality product except for the ground fixing kit: straps lacking in strength, rings impossible to drive into the ground
Excellent advice. Fast delivery. 7 years after purchasing my trampoline I can still buy replacement parts.
very good
Quality material. Corresponds to my expectations
Great, the oval is exactly what we needed and very original
Fast delivery and top trampoline. Very happy with my purchase!
