Strap to tighten the zip line is useless. The length of the strap is too short for the circumference of a tree. Impossible to tighten my 50m zip line. The ratchet of the strap is of poor quality, it's a toy, in short, I lost ***€.
Hello, Thank you for your feedback. Indeed, we forgot to mention the length of the strap and the maximum circumference of the tree on the product sheet. That said, we are surprised by your feedback as we have never had sizing issues with this item since it has been on sale. The tension strap measures 4.00m and is suitable for a tree with a maximum diameter of 3.00m. This information is now available on the site. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer service if you need more information.
Very good.
I just wanted to let you know that the transport company is really unprofessional. They delivered the trampoline 9 days after receipt. Otherwise, your product is perfect.
Sturdy and beautiful trampoline. The whole family is delighted! Fast delivery in 72 hours and easy installation. It was assembled by one person. Thank you very much France Trampoline!
Despite videos showing a simple installation, I never managed to tighten the zip line. After several attempts with the help of several people, a strong pull was the ultimate solution. Otherwise, it made my daughter happy.
Hello, We have taken your comments regarding the assembly and your daughter's adherence to the zip line into account. We are happy to hear that the zip line brings joyful moments to the family. For the assembly, the videos visible on our product sheets were made with real customers. Our customer indeed recommended using a ratchet strap (for example) to increase the tension of the long 45m cable. France Trampoline
I received a very quick response after contacting France Trampoline. My order was handled with a lot of attention. I am very satisfied.
Fast delivery, simple assembly (with 3 people).
Very quick handling and delivery, we were able to easily replace the broken parts of the trampoline so our daughter could use it again quickly. Using it daily, she didn't feel the wait, which is great 😊.
The elastics were graciously provided to replace the defective ones.
I love this site, everything was perfect, true professionals.
Very good advice over the phone. Fast delivery and quality product, the kids are having a blast. Thank you France Trampoline.
Nothing to report, everything went well.
Order perfectly compliant received very quickly.
no problem
Very good product, sturdy, effective, delivered on time. However, an effort should be made on the assembly instructions, especially regarding the identification of the different bars, which is not obvious in the drawings, as well as on the correct way to install the safety net (which part should be on the inside?).
Everything went very well, no issues...
Great after-sales service even after more than 10 years of use, a safe bet.
Super happy with my second purchase for 2 of my 18 grandchildren (normal, I have 9 children).
I am happy with my purchase of a 360 trampoline from France Trampoline. Everything arrived complete and easy to assemble.
Fast delivery, good quality material that delighted both kids and adults. Installation was quite simple.
I think the trampoline assembly instructions could use some improvement.
Very satisfied with my order. Despite a delivery issue resolved very quickly, the product matches the description and is of very good quality.
Fast transaction
Excellent
Perfect
small error in the order but quickly recovered so perfect
Very good
Great!
I am disappointed with the product. Indeed, when we bought the jump 250 trampoline, the net opened in an L shape with Velcro and plastic carabiners. The one we received opens with a vertical zipper, which complicates getting in and out of the trampoline. I would have preferred 2 zippers to maintain the L access.
Hello, we have taken your request into account, however, the described opening (which was marketed in the past) is no longer compliant with current French and European standards where it is necessary to market a vertical opening only and not in an L shape. We are sorry but we cannot do otherwise unfortunately. France Trampoline
Service met my expectations: quality, speed, professionalism.
The net is of good quality, but the old closure seemed better. The zipper will certainly not last as long, with successive and daily uses.
Excellent material, but the assembly manual is not very clear (e.g., we realized at the end that there was a specific tool to tension and untension the springs! It's not obvious if you've never assembled this type of material before).
The trampoline meets our expectations.
very good service
A delivery problem was quickly resolved; well done for the implementation of customer service! Thank you. The assembly went well even if the manuals could be more explicit, particularly with more precise drawings accurately representing the parts to be assembled (which is not always the case). Very good quality; the family is happy!
Delivery on time without any problem. Very good quality, perfect.
Good product, a torture to assemble but maybe I just got a bad number. You really need to review your assembly process and the manual which can be confusing at certain stages. When you ask to put lubricant to assemble the base arches (personally I had to bring out the 5kg hammer to do the job, more than the W40), it means you do not master your assembly tolerances and your suppliers. As for the pliers provided with the material, it's a joke, usable only by people with calluses on their hands. Embarrassing for a company that claims to be a trampoline leader with strong experience for 30 years... you need to stop the DIY and believe that your customers have the build of a rugby player, especially given the price paid. Decathlon products are cheaper and simpler to assemble, even if assembled in China.
Dear Sir or Madam, We have taken your feedback on your experience assembling the Ovalie 360 trampoline into account. We are quite surprised by the efforts mentioned to assemble this small oval trampoline. It is necessary to have parts manufactured to the exact specifications for good resistance over several years. Sometimes, it is indeed necessary to force a bit for the trampoline frame, but this only reinforces the fitting of the parts. Our competitor offers products that are easy to assemble thanks to a lightweight structure, but the longevity will not be the same either. Rest assured that your efforts are not in vain and your children will be able to enjoy their trampoline for a long time. France Trampoline.
Product meets expectations. Qualitative product.
Good quality trampoline, quite easy to assemble even if the assembly manual could be a bit more explicit.
Quality product and delivered on time.
Very good site, fast and efficient. High quality products.
Very good service
Order of protections for the posts of the net. The product corresponds perfectly and the delivery was made on time.
Excellent quality material with a very well explained zip line assembly manual. It takes 2 adults to install it, one of whom should be strong enough to tension the cable. Our grandchildren are delighted to enjoy it.
Good product
I quickly received the packages containing the trampoline, the assembly booklet is not always easy to understand, I had to watch tutorials on the internet which sometimes did not explain the same thing. the very very large - the edge cushion that protects the metal structure: the foam is very thin and the edges always rise and do not cover the structure properly, my son got injured because of that. Moreover, the ends where the net is attached being semicircular do not allow it to hold properly. I really thought I was getting a high-quality item by buying from France trampoline but I am very disappointed with the material I chose.
Hello Sir, We have taken your various comments into account and have contacted you so that you can send us photos of your installation. The protective cushion should not behave like this indeed. The black elastics provided should hold the green cushion to the frame and prevent an accident. Our customer service will take over for your installation. France Trampoline.
