Quality equipment and delivered within the announced time frame.
Assembly a bit physical but we managed.
Satisfactory
"Trampoline Jump’Up 360 - Pack XL" model, good quality and not difficult to install with two people. Delivery received on time. The ladder is of good quality but is meant to be placed without attaching to the structure (not very stable), and therefore not very easy to use. I recommend the product.
Everything was perfect. The equipment and the delivery
delighted with my purchase for my granddaughters, I took the large dome model to climb with the swing and the inner canvas but I find it a shame that holes are not provided in it to be able to put the swing at the same time, but they love it
everything is ok
very satisfied with the product and the service (delivery and assembly instructions.)
Very good follow-up whether by email or phone with the carrier, fast delivery, pleasant and professional delivery person
Beautiful and sturdy product. It's a shame there are no spare nuts, bolts, or other small parts. Assembly is not easy alone.
high-quality trampoline, easy to assemble and very pleasant to use. Thank you
good service delivery on dates and easy to install, to recommend
Satisfactory order. Fast delivery. Equipment is quite correct
Super
It's the TOP for children. No issues with delivery and installation => everything went well
We are satisfied
Product conforms to the order and within the delivery times.
Product of very high quality and seems very durable even with people over 100 kg. No deformation of the frame. Perfect delivery with appointment kept
Perfect, fast delivery, matches the description
GOOD QUALITY PRODUCT with this safety net that prevents children from going under the trampoline, I feel much more at ease
The product met my expectations. Nothing to report.
Very good product
great after-sales service great equipment I recommend
Product that seems to be of good quality. The assembly of the legs is a bit tough, you need to lubricate well. The attachments for the safety net poles seem a bit fragile. The spring protection could have been better secured. We'll see how it holds up over time.
Very professional - top responsiveness - very fast delivery
Perfect
Nothing to report
Product conforms to my expectations and delivery times respected!
Solid zip line, and of good quality. Quite easy to install thanks to the instructions. Our children love it.
Beautiful product, conforms to the description and to the idea we had of it. Very well packaged. Assembly: not so easy, you really need two people and some pieces are hard to fit together and then rotate to align.
Everything went very well, perfect delivery and the assembly instructions were also very clear.
Very good website, fast delivery and interesting prices.
Excellent product!!
Product conforms. Complicated delivery, but the problem was with Relais Colis and not with France Trampoline.
Perfectly matches the description. Easy installation. Fast delivery and happy little children.
Very good product, meets our expectations, seems very durable. To see over time...
Excellent and very responsive
The delivery person did not want to use the tailgate of his truck to lower the package to go faster and not get tired. He therefore dropped the package which was damaged. Fortunately, there was no breakage inside but the cardboard and pallet were damaged.
Very serious, the deadline is respected. The quality of the product is very good.
very good
Good reception and speed.
Top advice by phone.
Order delivered quickly, product conforms to the order, a defective anchoring kit rod replaced without any issues: great responsiveness from customer service. I am very happy with the trampoline!!
The merchandise was delivered on time and is of good quality... the only downside... the instruction manual does not always specify the order in which the assembly should be done. I had to disassemble part of it to place the ladder.
Perfect!
Delivery on time and complete, clear installation guide even though assembling with 2 took a few hours. After several hours of use, nothing to report, the material seems durable and of good quality. Customer service for a part is responsive and attentive, in short, a very good purchase!
Serious site and fast delivery. The materials are of good quality but not easy to assemble, you need at least 2 people. The instructions are well explained. The only thing I find really impractical is the complicated net to assemble and my trampoline protection, there isn't really any fixation, so when you jump the spring protection comes off. My old low-quality trampoline had its fixings, it's a shame because the trampoline is great.
Very serious order tracking, I was contacted regarding my order to verify the model of my trampoline.6
Professional and responsive
Great product! My children are having a blast after a super simple installation
