Trampoline Jump'up 430 received very quickly, complementary and in good condition. Product perfectly meets my expectations in terms of sturdiness, bounce, and ease of assembly. My children are happy.
The material seems to be of good quality, we will see in use and against the weather since the trampoline is installed in the garden. We assembled it with two people. A bit of difficulty with the installation of the springs, hence the need to read the instructions carefully.
Quality product easy to assemble Nothing to say
Satisfied customer.
The delivery person was very professional. Easy assembly.
Good product and fast shipping
Very good
Following a delivery delay, the ordered trampoline net was left in a barn. When I found it, it was too small. You exchanged it for me, a nice commercial gesture. I sent back the too small one. Thank you for this commercial conduct. Ams
Very fast, corresponds to what I was looking for to repair a Kanguy trampoline, the only small detail is that the fiber rods do not match the diameter of the trampoline as they are too short by 40 cm. I suppose there is a difference in circumference between Kanguy and France Trampoline despite having the same diameter. This did not prevent me from remedying it, so my grandchildren can continue to use it.
Very reliable. Deadline respected. Conforms to what is announced.
Fast delivery. However, I don't think the seams of the basketball net will last over time.
Nothing to report
The product seems to be of quality. Not installed yet
Super fast and careful shipping and reception. Quality product. The children are delighted. Just a downside: the document is sometimes poorly explained on the steps, we watch the video and it shows us in a different way. So we don't know which one to choose.
Effective and fast
I had bought a 3.60m dome and one of the bars had a design flaw. I took a photo and sent it to customer service. They were prompt to respond and very kind. They sent me a new bar to replace the defective one. Thank you sincerely for your seriousness and to France Trampoline which I highly recommend. Best regards
Fast and complete delivery, easy to assemble with the manual, alone I took 1h30, very solid and especially if there is a break I am sure to find the spare part. Rating ++++ I recommend this item.
Good quality items and fast delivery.
Excellent service, from order to delivery, the driver was very helpful and friendly. Fast delivery, it was for a birthday gift, excellent quality product.

Practical, fast, competent... Just happiness! Thank you
Product ordered and received in the shortest time. However, an installation manual would be welcome.
Super responsive customer service following a tear on the trampoline perimeter under warranty. Well done
Quality products Fast service Highly recommended
Well passed
Meets expectations
Great, no problem, fast and efficient service
very good products. Made to measure for our needs, on a large rectangular frame. Mat to be renewed with indications on the location and number of eyelets. Order postponed for a year (cf Covid and closed establishment). Contacts followed despite all this. A delay in delivery times but understandable given our late decision and the missing custom products in recent months; Delivery ok. Good follow-up. PERFECT
Regarding the trampoline, there are about fifteen plastic fasteners at the end of the elastics that are broken. I don't know if I stretched them too much or if I positioned them incorrectly. Otherwise, there is nothing to complain about between the trampoline, the zip line, and the harnesses. Best regards ***
Excellent value for money service
Fast and careful shipping. Item conforms to the description.
Quality product. Simple installation. Very mediocre delivery, postponed twice.
The trampoline is of excellent quality. The concept of the top and bottom ring holding the safety net is great and very reassuring. Small downside, the design of the opening to get in could be improved. It lacks practicality. Last request: I bought 4 weights and one of the four is flat. Is it possible to replace it please? Thank you.
Good
Attentive advisor on the phone and very good advice.
Delivery times very satisfactory, pleasant and very kind delivery person. For assembly, it was with 2 of course. Too bad the ladder is not included.
Great!
Well compliant but delivery postponed 2x
Perfect after-sales service, quick and efficient
Perfect, in terms of delay as well as quality
Fast order and very good product
ORDERED MATERIAL MEETS EXPECTATIONS AND ARRIVED ON TIME
presentation of products conforms to reality.
Very responsive
Nothing to complain about the product. The only remark would concern the assembly instructions which in some phases could be clearer or better illustrated. For the rest, I confirm: 2 adults are required for assembly.
Quality, fast service
As is often the case with online orders, delivery remains the weak link. Difficult transport provider to manage. For the rest, product of good design and good quality.
Hello, During the entry of your order, you provided an incorrect phone number, so the delivery was delayed. Following this error, the carrier, understaffed during the summer period, took an additional delay to make the delivery. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. The France Trampoline team
