We installed the equipment this spring while scrupulously following the instructions, but this summer the bottom strap broke suddenly while my children are young and light. Not even 6 months of installation with little use. Given the selling price, it is really poor quality.
Hello, We have taken your comments regarding the slackline into account. We are disappointed to read, after a year and a half (and not 6 months), that your experience is not more positive. Indeed, we have only received positive feedback on this product range and we are very happy with its quality and long-term resistance. As explained during our email exchange, it seems that the tree protectors, provided with the strap, were not installed when setting up your slackline, which caused the bark of the tree to rub against the strap, resulting in the tear. Despite this poor installation, we have exceptionally sent you a replacement strap under warranty.
