Of very good quality, from the point of view of the order and the product I recommend my grandchildren are having a blast thank you France trampoline
Order received on time for a birthday, thank you
Very good contact on the phone before placing the order
The arcs of the circle were not drilled for the fixing screw that goes through (the reference of the arcs was given to me by your services for the model of my trampoline). Being handy, I quickly solved the problem but for someone not equipped and not handy, this can be a big problem. Otherwise very well packaged, fast delivery.
I am very satisfied with France Trampoline. The products are of very good quality. First trampoline purchased 15 years ago for the kids (still there) and second trampoline purchased this year to give to our grandson. Responsive and top-notch after-sales service.
Quality product sent on time. Plus, a French company. I recommend.
Very good thank you very much for everything
Beautiful zip line but not so easy to install. You should draw users' attention to safety with the need for a harness because installed several meters high I fell from 4 meters onto loose soil and still broke two bones in my pelvis.
Clear and simple site. Perfect return
Perfect!
still just as good. good advice and spare parts available even 10 years later
Good product, three criticisms: 1) a clip was missing on one of the vertical bars 2) the assembly documentation did not include the assembly of the ladder which had to be done at the same time as the rest 3) the documentation could highlight the delicate points more, for example that the springs need to be installed in a certain order.
Very good
Trampoline that seems to be really sturdy. Easy to install. The kids are having a blast.
Perfect!

Product delivered in a few days, perfect. The product is easy to assemble and seems to be of good quality, even if the poles of the net have trouble staying upright. I'm looking at this product.

Friendly reception on the phone. Perfect delivery. Trampoline without problems. Conforms to my expectations. A bit longer to assemble than expected. Perfect.
Sorry, but we haven't assembled this item yet. Our little girls unfortunately haven't been able to come to France yet. We will certainly assemble it at the end of May...
The package was left in front of my house! That was very good.
Good customer service, efficient and friendly
