Easy to assemble, seems solid and resistant, we'll see with time.
Material conforms to the description and of good quality.
Very significant delay, several months, in the delivery of the product which cannot probably be entirely attributed to the health crisis. Moreover, the delivery was made in 2 parts with an interval of more than 6 months between the two receptions. Otherwise, the product is of very good quality.
Hello and thank you for your comment, We understand your dissatisfaction and are sorry for the delay in delivering your order. Unfortunately, we are facing supply issues, which are indeed due to the global pandemic. Despite all our efforts to accelerate restocking, we remain dependent on the carriers. Indeed, you received your order in 2 deliveries: we made a first shipment with the trampoline and its essential accessories in a first delivery so that you could enjoy it. Then, we sent you the cover at our expense as soon as it returned to stock. Furthermore, we are very happy that your Octopulse 390 satisfies you! Best regards, The France Trampoline team.
Extraordinary service!!! Ordered the day before, received the next day, very nice quality of the zip line.
Seven months between the order and delivery, I think you hold the world record for professional amateurism.
Hello and thank you for your feedback. We understand your dissatisfaction and are truly sorry for the delay in delivering your order. We are currently facing difficulties in restocking our products and unfortunately, we are dependent on the carriers, who at the moment are not fulfilling their promises. We have done our best to keep you informed of the delivery delays by email and we sent your order in several shipments, at our expense, as soon as the items were available. Best regards, The France trampoline team.
Friendly phone reception with good advice; very good quality and safe material; fast and serious delivery; assembly quite easy and doable by one person; allows for a fairly good level of sports practice, being relatively close to professional equipment.
Good dialogue. Delivered quickly, in good conditions. Packaging in very good condition.
I just have one remark to make, it's about the transpofoot that I ordered in November and received in January after follow-up, as I had no news from you. Otherwise, nothing to report.
Quality product...super only complaint is the very long delivery time. I had to call because the product was supposed to be delivered, email in support, but nothing. I had to call the carrier who had subcontracted to another... it took time... the delivery person was very nice 5 stars but their company is too slow...
Hello and thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the delivery delay of your order. We are currently experiencing difficulties in restocking our products and unfortunately, we are dependent on the carriers, who at the moment, are not fulfilling their promises. Regarding the delivery, we are passing on the information to the carrier for improvement. Best regards, the France trampoline team.
Reliable and compliant.
Very good product. Delivery before the expected date. Very satisfied with my order. Site to recommend.
Package received quickly. However, the tension of the net is quite high once installed, I don't know if it will loosen, I hope so because I'm afraid the closure will give way....
Everything went very well.
correct
My daughter is happy to spend the days on the trampoline. For me, it gives me time to garden and also to do it.
Solid, stable, excellent bounce quality, allows children to get away from computers! One of the children hurt themselves by hitting a foot against the edge, despite the protection. The children have made great progress, they are having a blast.
Product compliant and received quickly. Good product that brings joy to the grandchildren.
Product compliant with expectations, very well packaged, precise assembly instructions. It remains to be seen over time.
Perfect
Delivery in 2 packages, the tarpaulin arrived 1 month later but the trampoline was complete, so not a big deal.
Fast delivery.
Efficient and friendly after-sales service, products conform to the description.
Order received quickly. Quality products. I recommend.
Product of very good quality! Solid, well-made, easy to assemble, clear instructions. Fast shipping and well packaged. I am very satisfied with my purchase and my children are too :)
Fast delivery. Perfect product.
Very good product.
Good quality material. Delivery within the announced deadlines. Serious company that cares about whether the delivery was good.
Everything went well, 2 deliveries for complete order. Good information for order and delivery tracking.
Product is completely compliant and satisfactory. Delivery of the product needs to be reviewed. Package delivered with defective and torn packaging. Delivery person was not very concerned about the problem.
Hello and thank you for your comment. We apologize on behalf of our logistics team and have passed on the information for improvement. Please do not hesitate to contact customer service if you need assistance. Best regards, the France Trampoline team.

Dedicated team, great trampoline, top delivery!
The material presented on the site corresponds in quality and performance, good tracking of the order and shipments, good responsiveness to questions.
All good.
Quality material delivered within the expected timeframe. Quality customer service that was able to respond to my various requests and processed the refund of an item ordered in duplicate due to my mistake. I highly recommend France Trampoline.
Helpful and professional.
Nothing to report for the provider.
The package arrived very damaged; The assembly instructions could highlight details that could facilitate assembly. Good product.
Top-notch!
Trampoline suitable for us and family use. The only complaint I can make is that the assembly instructions lack details. Otherwise, the trampoline is great!
very good
The quality of the delivery was good but the delays were way too long and no compensation or commercial gesture was made. I think it would be wise for you to consider this.
Order and delivery time compliant.
Very good quality material.
