Product received as described and quickly, reasonable price.
Good equipment, sturdy, the kids love it.
A bit tedious to assemble but the quality is really there! Very happy with our purchase
Fast delivery, careful packaging and fair price. The trampoline is not yet assembled as it is a Christmas gift
Very happy with my order, the manual provided is less clear than the one on the website.
Very good. Late delay but well informed and respected
Good order tracking with very fast delivery, thank you.
Happy New Year

Nothing to report
Excellent. No surprises

A fabric of perfect quality and top service
A bit difficult to weld the pieces together, we took a long time to manually widen them so they would fit into each other (it's a rugby post)
Compliant
The zip line makes the children happy. Not very handy but we didn't have too much trouble installing it. Seems to be of good quality! I just think the spring brake will wear out quickly... Perfect
The delivery was made in 48 hours and the trampoline is of very good quality. Note that the green border has a broken plastic hook. It's a shame because everything else is perfect.
A quick and efficient service!
A good product, efficient delivery ... and happy children!
Delivered very quickly. Good product, sturdy.
Very good product, impeccable service and delivery. Assembly takes time, but in the end we have a beautiful trampoline, sturdy and resistant. The children are having a great time.
As expected, this is what we wanted
We are very satisfied in every way.
Very good
Everything is perfect thank you
Good material, fast delivery
Order arrived on time.
Excellent quality of the product. Ovalie 360 model. It's a good compromise between space taken in the garden and room for children under 12 to have fun. Regarding the quality of service, communication was very good and deadlines were respected. The whole is qualitative. The only downside is the protective cover that must be placed on the mat after removing the net, so it's quite impractical for frequent use.
So good!!
Reception, assembly, testing: Perfect! Thank you
No criticism
Delivery, deadline, material, great!
Very serious. Order during full confinement with a deadline for a birthday. Easy communication with customer service. Agile in terms of shipping. A company that has a sense of service and quality! I recommend 100%
Very good product
Fast delivery. Careful packaging. Product corresponding to that described on the site. The mesh of the net seems to be of good quality.
Perfect
It's a very good product that our son loved! The instructions are easy to follow. The only difficulty is placing the trees in the right spot!
Very satisfied with the product, a lot of safety. Fast delivery
Perfect delivery, just the package a bit open hoping nothing is missing. No screws. On the phone, the person was perfect and was able to inform about the carton issue.
Perfect as always. Whether it's the quality of the product, the order, and its delivery. We have been traveling for 10 years with our trampoline in our luggage, and no matter where we are, we always have an effective response to supply us with spare parts. Bravo, France Trampoline, it's Excellence
Product compliant with the description, delivered very quickly
My search was really specific: I wanted to change the jumping mat of a very large trampoline. A not so easy task! Only your site was able to provide me with a mat for 120 springs. I received my order at the relay point very quickly. The package was very well packaged. In short, I am delighted!
Thank you for the very good advice on product details over the phone. I recommended you to a friend; happy Christmas holidays ***
Excellent service: 1/ easy ordering on the site 2/ fast delivery 3/ easy installation of the product what efficiency!
I first called to be sure to take the right net and France Trampoline guided me well. The net is of very good quality.
