Very good product (Oval trampoline 360) delivered on time. Assembled alone. Expect 4 hours of assembly.
Good product but delivery wait time too long.
Hello and thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the delivery delay of your order, which was indicated on the product sheet at the time of your purchase. Initial delivery was scheduled for early January, which was postponed by 15 days. We kept you informed of the delay. We are currently experiencing difficulties in restocking our products and unfortunately, we are dependent on the carriers, who at the moment are not fulfilling their delivery promise. Once again, we apologize. Best regards, the France Trampoline team.
Perfect
Beautiful quality, and good service, we are happy!
Very good brand, product quality and after-sales service. However, I had some difficulty adjusting the sizes when purchasing my accessories.
Very good!!
Top-notch after-sales service! Package sent with seriousness.
Nothing to report
Order took too long due to product shortage, no one keeps you informed of the delivery time. Low quality product torn during installation at almost *** euros, not great.
Hello and thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the delivery delay of your order. We informed you of the delivery delay by email at the beginning of January. We are currently experiencing difficulties in restocking our products and unfortunately, we are dependent on the carriers, who at the moment are not fulfilling their delivery promise. Regarding the tear in the cover, we invite you to send us photos of your damaged product by email to: contact@france-trampoline.com. Best regards, the France Trampoline team.
Everything was perfect!
Very serious site a good warning for our girls.
The product generally meets my expectations but: The assembly is complicated with a poorly written and insufficient assembly manual. One of the elements (the outer protection around a trampoline) cannot be assembled (the distance between the Velcro does not match that of the trampoline).
Delivery on time, very good quality material, easier assembly with two people.
Good quality trampoline. Delivery times respected. One item was out of stock at the time of my order, I was notified and received regular emails to inform me of its shipment. However, get your muscles ready to assemble the trampoline cover!
Very good communication with the customer. Very correct.
Products OK, fast delivery. I had left a message at the time of my order, I never got a response, too bad! Important to be able to respond to a customer request in my opinion..
Very satisfied after 6 months of use.
Very good, delivery on time. Customer service easy to reach and competent.
I have already filled out this form reception, exchanges, listening, order, delivery and after-sales service top. only downside but independent of FT due to Covid delay to receive it because made in China and also the difficulty of assembly in winter on a Christmas day in the cold with a notice a bit too brief so think about the videos on YouTube
EXCELLENT PRODUCT
Very good quality product, although a bit difficult to assemble
***
Very good quality product (Apollo Sport 500). Very good order follow-up (product delivered in 2 parts) both by the France Trampoline site and the provider for delivery.
everything was perfect
Nothing to say.
Delivery on time and trampoline of super quality! The kids and the adults love it!
Perfect nothing to say
Very good provider
Hello In 2015 I placed an order, everything went well In January 2021 I reordered. I had a problem with a part that does not fit (the Velcro does not match) I reported it but they did not want to send me the defective part. They told me it was JUST aesthetic. Today I paid for a trampoline whose aesthetics do not match what I ordered.
Very good nothing to report
Competent and responsive customer service.
Quality material. Top
Very satisfied with the quantity of the Apollo 500 trampoline just a pity that no ladder is provided.
Good team, professionalism and listening from *** the salesperson, available, charming with extreme kindness, good advice, impeccable delivery and delivery, very good product follow-up of superior quality Trampoline Apollo sport super, a real pleasure after-sales service nothing to say everything is and has been perfect, I recommend with my eyes closed ... just for the assembly remember to watch YOU TUBE beforehand because the instructions are a bit simple but we managed with patience ... the result is worth it

Fast service and quality product
Nothing to say, very good
The scooter arrived without any problems. Quickly assembled and my son is thrilled. It seems to hold up!
very good
The product is as ordered and very appreciated by the children. Assembly is a bit tricky.
Very good very fast
Very good
The person advising on the phone is very efficient and gives good advice. The products are of high quality. I recommend without hesitation.
Purchase Apollo Sport 500 Excellent product! Nothing to compare with our previous trampoline... the jumping area is really spacious and allows for chained figures. The mat: a dream of bounce! Soft and gentle. Not a sound: the neighbors love us again! ;)
Fast delivery, high-end product that at first glance shows great robustness, nothing to compare with the products found at slightly cheaper prices elsewhere.
