Excellent provider, I recommend it
Well advised by a seller
Product that corresponds well to the description. Quick order, impeccable package. I recommend.
Quality trampoline, the phone reception is great, all the information is clear
Square trampoline 3mx3m. Very good quality product, installed for 2 weeks, the whole family finds it robust, quiet, and a great jumping mat for both children and adults. Very satisfied. However, the frame of the trampoline is very heavy and therefore hard to assemble.
Delivery on time. Product conforms to the order. High quality trampoline, we recommend this brand! Very satisfied with our purchase!
Superb trampoline very happy with the START UP purchase. Very sturdy, beautiful materials
Very good service; quick order taking, fast delivery with an excellent provider.
WHEN I CALLED YOUR SELLER I REALIZED I WAS MISTAKEN HE CORRECTED IT I RECEIVED ALL THE ITEMS WE ASSEMBLED OUR TRAMPOLINE IS LIKE NEW VERY SATISFIED
Net not very practical to use. For the other products in the order, they are of good quality.
Good material but missing an instruction manual for installing the jumping mat: very difficult to put on the last springs! It is only 4.27m in diameter instead of 4.30m?
Very good
Very good, nothing to report
We are delighted, the little children helped us set up the equipment, great
Good quality material
User-friendly website
Simple order and fast, quality delivery. Material very well packaged.
Satisfactory service and product matching my expectations
Slightly increased delivery time, but very professional delivery person, who contacted to ensure the best service.
Do not ask for a MANDATORY response, here
Very good material but I had difficulties obtaining it: nearly eight months of waiting
Delivery OK, satisfactory material. I use a winch to tension (moderately) the cable. Attention: I cannot imagine the tension achieved with brooms over 40 m (see instructions!). I am satisfied with the overall service.
Satisfied overall
Simple and effective
Good service and very good delivery person
Top-notch! As usual
Quality trampoline. Relatively simple assembly with the help of the instructions but you need to be two. My daughter likes it a lot
Perfect
Super delivered very quickly
Fast and careful shipping BUT there was a problem with the order preparation. HOWEVER, the customer service was remarkable, efficient, and concerned about inconveniencing me as little as possible.
Very good
Very good service. Even though we have only had the trampoline for a few weeks, it seems to be of very good quality
Impeccable
Very easy to install, I took the liberty of adding a hoist (which remains permanently) at the start of the zip line for better tension and to facilitate the lifting of the cable (installed alone). The kids are delighted and so are we to see them having fun. Added a harness + lanyard system for my 5-year-old to secure her, maybe you should offer this kind of thing on your site ;-)
Very good
The ordered spare parts fit perfectly to replace the damaged parts of our trampoline.
Delivery tracking okay by SMS, packaging a bit light (a torn open bag)
Very good product, a bit expensive
A customer service that is always efficient and very helpful
Nothing

Very good service. Delivery without problems on the scheduled day, after phone contact.
Complete delivery and intact products. The trampoline is installed and we are starting to enjoy it with the nice weather...
Always very good quality products and a great phone service for advice.
Order placed in October, shipped at the end of January. The tracking indicates 'returned to sender' without arriving at the parcel relay at the beginning of February. I called customer service at the beginning of February for an explanation... Beginning of March still nothing.... incomprehensible.
