Good quality material
Delivery in accordance with the order. Product easy to assemble, seems robust. To see in the long term. Completely satisfied, you have made some happy people. I recommend 👍
Your product brings joy to our little girls. It is a high-quality and well-designed material. The only problem, and this is recurrent, is your assembly manual which is ***, with *** drawings. This spoils the pleasure of assembly. Quickly change your paper design office, as this will harm you quickly. Best regards.
Trampoline completely in accordance with what is announced and of very very good quality. Ultra-fast and correct delivery, thank you.
The products are in accordance with the announced description.
A rather long delivery time (order in November, received in March). A follow-up was necessary to get news about my order.
This supplier is exceptional both in terms of the quality of its products and its commercial operation... It's a pity that when I ordered my baby trampoline, there were none left and I had to wait 3 months to receive my product... It's true that I ordered after Christmas and I certainly wasn't the only one wanting to give a gift.
Perfect, solid trampoline that has lasted many years. Quality product, ultra-fast delivery.
Product meets my expectations well
Great
Good job
Very nice trampoline
Fast shipping; well packaged. Lack of explanation for assembling the zip line (At what height to position it, height of the seat, tension of the cables, ... we had to redo it several times. But otherwise, quality product and good spring. Installed for over a month: all good).
Kool
The installation manual for the inground trampoline is too superfluous. Too much material was delivered. Phone responsiveness is very good
Excellent quality material
Very serious company offering quality material, very fast delivery.
Well-packaged parcel arrived within reasonable time despite being outside mainland France
Conforms to what I wanted.
Very good.
Good product, satisfied with the purchase. However, the green skirt of the spring protection foam does not stay in place on the sides of the trampoline and the plastic hooks for securing the net do not hold well. Aside from these details, I recommend.
Perfect delivery.
High-quality material.
Very fast delivery, package very well packaged.
Order arrived on time, in good condition. 2nd time I order on this site because the quality of the products is there.
Zip line conforms to the presentation and expectations. No missing parts, everything works well, good material. The only downside is attributed to the carrier who did not bother to ring despite his claims, a missed call on his part, no message and off to a drop-off point 6km away...
Impeccable
Clear site, easy to find products, and customer service available when you have questions. Moreover, the products are durable and of quality, and you can buy spare parts if needed. I recommend this brand!
Great
Order arrived on time and very well packaged.
Nothing to say, it was perfect this scooter.
Very good. Nothing to complain about.
I am very satisfied with my purchase.
Excellent
Serious, proposal for partial delivery due to a stock problem.
My boys aged 9 and 12 are fans of the slackline with the accessories (the ninja course). They spend their days doing courses. It's great.
Good material, clear assembly instructions, good bounce quality, the joy of the children!
Fast delivery for a high-quality trampoline. Too bad the ladder was out of stock when ordering, we are waiting for it.
Good
Top, very good trampoline!
Fast delivery. The advice requested during a spare part order was quick and accurate.
Quality item, admittedly the price is relatively high but I was looking for a trampoline that should last me a number of years. Moreover, customer service is attentive and quick (two bags of springs were missing) which were sent to me within the week. Fully satisfied with my purchase!
Perfect service and advice and quality of products.
Rapid availability of goods (despite final delivery times not compatible with the carrier: the kit remains transportable in a medium-sized car). Very well-packaged kit. Clear assembly instructions and assembly procedure made even simpler thanks to the videos available on the site. The product seems robust and of good quality. In any case, already a lot of fun shared with family and friends!
Purchase trampoline for our children aged 4 and 7. Very good quality material. Very satisfactory delivery.
Good service.
Very satisfied with the product. I had already bought the same one a few years ago which I sold after a move. So I am won over. However, a small question: the protection that comes over the springs moves and the springs are sometimes uncovered. Is this normal or is it a defect in installation?
Very good quality product. Very pleasant.
Super robust product.
Significant problem in the shipment composition. The boxes are too light in quality to support the weight of the material inside. The packages arrive tampered with, emptied of their contents. 1st shipment refused due to missing ordered parts, 2nd accepted due to urgency in use but unfortunately the same observation. The subcontracting of your packaging and shipments is detrimental to the quality of your products.
