effective fast
Perfect
I ordered a fiberglass hoop for my trampoline. I found it easily, and received it quickly. The model had changed, it did not have an elastic to hold the rods. This elastic is optional, but I asked the seller who responded quickly to confirm before installation. A small note clearly stating that there is no elastic and that they are not necessary for assembly would be really nice. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.
A bit disappointed
Very satisfied, fast shipping, zip line conforms to the description, the children use it often
Top, product conforms and very good advice
good product and very good service
All the children at my little girl's birthday party were eagerly waiting for the assembly (about 1.30h)
very good value for money, deadlines respected in short, all good
Very good, serious and quality. Delivery times respected. Material conforms to the description. I recommend this site.
The site is clear, good product
Nothing to report. Fast, serious.
Very good advice over the phone to choose the right product (spare parts for an old model)
Effective and fast delivery. The material is of quality. I recommend
Very good. Speed, product quality
Good product. Timely delivery.
Very happy with my order Received quickly and seems to be of good quality Thank you very much
Very professional! A call was made to ensure that the dimensions were correct. It turned out that the length of the springs ordered was not right and I was offered the same canvas with the appropriate springs!
Fast order. Very good.
I recommend you 100%!
Perfect!
I ordered fiberglass arcs for a trampoline with a diameter of 427 but those were not connected to each other, I just received all the components loose. It should be specified in the order that all these rods are not connected, as this is not what I expected. I need to find elastic thread myself to assemble them. Not cool.
The shipment was fast. We receive updates on the delivery which is nice for organizing. The package was received and delivered without any issues
The delivery went well. The climbing dome was in a box on a small individual pallet, it was very well protected for transport. The elements of the dome are perfect, no paint chips or anything. The fixing system between the bars is very solid. The kids are happy :-)
Very good product. The construction is a bit delicate but allows for a solid final product. Online purchase, fast delivery.
28m zip line of excellent quality with very clear assembly instructions. The assembly is technically easy but requires some physical strength. Adjusting the height requires several attempts to find the right descent speed and a smooth arrival on the braking spring, otherwise it's muscular! I am perfectly satisfied with this product that I recommend because it really brings joy to children and adults alike.
Very satisfied. Only the hooks for the net break one after the other. You sent me 3 replacements, but I still have others that have broken.
High-quality products and perfect service. The company contacted me to verify that the requested dimensions were correct for the online ordered tarp. The products are followed over time, since the purchase of the trampoline was made with you 14 years ago; and no problem in 2023 to find and replace the worn elements over time! The tarp has lasted almost 14 years outdoors, in a very humid environment, the structure and springs are still strong. Only the safety net had to be replaced halfway through.
The tarp is perfectly adapted to my trampoline, fast delivery, correct packaging.
I am delighted with our trampoline purchase, easy to assemble, very good quality, I recommend. Fast delivery, serious communication by email, I am satisfied
Everything is fine
Top customer service, quick response on the phone, sending the part to be changed immediately without having to justify with an invoice... just top!
Ideal transaction
Easy assembly for two, good quality material. My son loves it!
We have bought a rope slide for the second time. The quality is very good, the price/performance ratio as well. Delivery required only a few days. This business partner is highly recommended.
Perfect quality and delivery 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
Fast delivery and well-protected product
Solid product and inspires confidence. First uses are completely satisfactory
Great customer service, they quickly find our order even if it dates back several years and provide us with the reference of the item to repurchase. Ultra-fast delivery.
Fast delivery with very well packaged product. But the instructions could be more explicit (the diagrams are small and not very understandable; in short, assembly is long and tedious contrary to some published reviews
Perfect delivery and on time
Nothing to report, everything went well from delivery to assembly
We are very satisfied. Good advice, fast delivery
Good product, fast delivery.
