Perfect trampoline. Easy to assemble. We are delighted with our purchase.
Delivery ok, nothing to report.
Excellent material that seems to last over time.
The package was not delivered to the address indicated on my order. The delivery person left it in the adjacent shop. But since the shopkeeper was on vacation, his replacement was unable to find the package. Upon the manager's return on August 15, I again claimed this package that you said was delivered!! In short, an order made in June arrived after August 15 and my children could not use the trampoline to their great dismay!!
The product was unavailable for several months. The order was then very easy and the delivery was quick.
Products conform to the description, fast delivery, have in time for wear and tear.
Good quality jumping mat and exact dimensions for a trampoline of another brand.
Very good team, good advice and very accommodating. We have had a trampoline for 10 years that is extremely sturdy and we just ordered some spare parts.
Nothing to report
Deadlines respected and conformity of the ordered product
Everything is very good
Good product, secure. The children are delighted.
Waiting time: 3 months!!! A bit much
Top customer service.
Good product, good overall quality. We are satisfied. However: - too bad there is no protection for the trunks of trees - assembly is not that simple: we had to use a winch to sufficiently tension the cable - too bad the "handle" cannot be easily removed for periods of non-use
Very professional, good follow-up of order information before delivery! Very satisfied with the quality of the material
Delivery deadline met. Product ok. Easy assembly but requires strong hands.
Very satisfactory, very good product quality.
listening
Very satisfied with the product, easy to assemble and very aesthetic..
Perfectly corresponds to my request. Good timing. Delivered without problem.
Good responsiveness
A trustworthy site. Good quality goods. Delivery in a short time (less than a week).
Bravo for the very good reception and information during each phone call. Our family is delighted to have been able to replace the worn parts and thus have a functional trampoline again.
The product is good but the boxes received were very damaged and even torn open. The fitting of some parts remains extremely difficult with only the tools provided
Very good product except for the tools provided to tighten the connections between tubes
Perfect as always
Delivery as expected and on time
No issues.
the spring protector cushion ordered replaces the same defective one on a KANGUI trampoline that their customer service does not cover
Delivery expected in a few days... but in the end the product was awaited for several weeks although in stock...
Hello, thank you for your feedback. On the same day of your order on 25/05, we contacted you by email to ask you to verify the compatibility of the safety net, as it was not the same as your previous trampoline order. We never received a response from you regarding this email, just a few months later an email asking where the delivery was. We apologize for the slightly late shipment in early July. We do our best to inform our customers and help them choose the right product suited to their needs. Best regards, the France Trampoline team.
Happy with our purchase. We bought the trampoline several years ago. It is used almost daily and we needed to change the mat. That is done. Thank you for allowing us to have spare parts long after the purchase.

Products conform, good quality, correct packaging for delivery, delivery times respected
Fast delivery, top products my son doesn't leave the trampoline, he was demanding about the quality (gym) and is fully satisfied. Assembly is quite simple. Thank you
👍 the ordered items really meet our expectations.
Very good item, very long to receive due to the crisis but very happy with the quality of the product
Very good quality product easy to assemble.. I expected the ladder to be delivered with it given the amount of my purchase. Really a shame.
