Not too happy... A fairly large order to please our children and the packages arrived open with missing items
Hello and thank you for your feedback. We apologize for these circumstances. After our exchanges with you by email regarding the situation upon receipt of the packages, we found that no part was missing and was not resent to you. If this is an error, we are always at your disposal (contact@france-trampoline.com) to remedy it and find a solution. Best regards, the France Trampoline team
Perfect service and perfect quality!
Perfect
It would have been preferable to include the instructions for attaching the protective cushion with the bungee cords. I had to call. They sent it to me by email. It was very good but it would have saved time for both you and me.
Great, my little grandchildren love it, very good quality and quite easy to assemble (with two). Next purchase is the igloo tent.
Very fast delivery. Possibility to pay in 2 or 3 installments. Perfect. Product meets my criteria: age/type of use. My children are delighted: 'dynamic' jumping mat and long length to chain figures (they take classes indoors). I already had a trampoline from the same brand but smaller. So I knew the quality.
Super good
We recommend you every time we are asked about the supplier of our trampoline.
Nothing to say
Reasonable delay and delivery person who helped with unloading. Good packaging.
Damaged bars. Very difficult to assemble.
Hello, thank you for your feedback. We apologize for these circumstances. Please feel free to contact our customer service (contact@france-trampoline.com) to report any issues encountered during the assembly of the trampoline. We hope that despite this, your family enjoys the trampoline and that you are satisfied with the product! Best regards, the France Trampoline team
Fast delivery. Product meets expectations and is of good quality. The little kids are having a blast.
Excellent
It's a shame not to have been warned at the time of payment that the delay was so long.
Hello, thank you for your feedback. We do our best to ensure our customers receive their orders as quickly as possible. However, we are dependent on the carriers and there are sometimes delivery delays that we have no influence over. We apologize for these circumstances and are in contact with our carriers to improve our services. Best regards, the France Trampoline team
Products delivered well.
Immediate follow-up with customer service. Exchange of the product for a new one. A bit long but very professional.
Good service within the promised deadlines
I recommend your site, you are very serious and very professional.
Good advice via email to confirm the choice of trampoline. Easy purchase on the site. Fast and efficient delivery. Super product, this is my second France Trampoline trampoline, always super quality.
Fortunately, you are professionals, which is not the case with the delivery person I had ***. He was *** with me, there are no other words and initially did not deliver to me even though the appointment was made, so I had to call to ask what was going on. The person at reception hung up on me explaining that he "was not a social worker". One of your collaborators called me to find out why I had not been delivered and fortunately. I was able to tell him about my misadventure and he handled everything perfectly, I even received a commercial gesture for the inconvenience, really a big thank you for this professionalism. One piece of advice, change your carrier.
No problem except that the ladder arrived well after the trampoline.
This game for children and adults is well designed. The zip line glides well, the position is good and the product seems durable. The cable tension needs to be 2 to use the zip line over a long distance. The kids are having fun, and of course, it attracts the neighbors' kids.
Top-notch
Perfect, no problems to report.
Trampoline meets our expectations. Shipped very quickly. We are really satisfied 😊
Product compliant The best 👍
Easy to assemble, seems to be of very good quality and especially this trampoline brings a lot of joy and laughter to both the little ones and the big ones!
Everything went wonderfully. From start to finish. It's a beautiful product.
Simple and quick purchase, packages delivered in good condition. Easy to assemble, the trampoline seems to be of very good quality. I also bought the protective cover which seems solid, however the 8-point fastening system seems light. I'm afraid that with strong gusts, the wind will get underneath and tear the fastening elastics. I plan to add some cable ties for long periods of inactivity.
Order made online, I was called to inform me of longer delivery times than expected and I was offered a very similar model but a bit more expensive, at no extra cost. Pleasant contact and very fast delivery.
Quick and compliant order Perfect
Serious in communication and especially in delivery. 9
Fast delivery and compliant with the order.
Products (description not detailed enough) quite regularly out of stock which leads to quite long delivery times!!!!!

Very good
Excellent
Fast shipping. Top product.
Quality product, delivery on time as indicated.
Clear website, with precise information about the products. The zip line was delivered quickly. Clear and simple installation instructions. The setup is quite quick with few tools and secure. I still added a harness for the little ones. It might be interesting to add a small example on the site for calculating slope, on sloped terrain it allows checking the possibility of installation.

Easy to navigate site, well organized
Product not immediately available but the restocking date was very well communicated and turned out to be accurate: super pleasant!

France Trampoline showed great flexibility in managing our order, agreeing to keep our trampoline in stock until we were available to receive it at our second home. TOP.
