Perfect, despite a forgetfulness on your part in my package. I called and they sent me the missing parts. I recommend.
Very fast, professional, serious.

Satisfied with the service and quality of the product. Thank you.
Good shipment, quality material. High cost but the quality is there. The assembly manual is good but lacks a bit of precision. I recommend.
TOP materials. The kids love it. Delivery on time.

Ultra long delivery: order placed in March to be delivered in June, announced at the time of ordering but quite vague, so very long for a child who is waiting to use their trampoline. I chose to order the mat on this site because the photo showed an identical screen-printed jump4fun mat and the one received was marked France rampoline. If this had been indicated at the time of ordering, I would have placed my order on another site for a much faster delivery and also cheaper. Regarding the quality of the mat, it seems correct but the quality remains different, at least visually and to the touch compared to the original one, but too early to judge the resistance.
Very good. Just the delay for the order supplement, 3 months is long for a ladder. But we can understand the stock problem.
Impeccable. Expected product, delivered perfectly.
A small ordering error allowed me to see the responsiveness of France trampoline. Easy phone contact with the company and attentive representatives. Solution found immediately.
Very good service, serious material.
Products of very good quality.
Very good.
Corresponds exactly to what I was looking for.
Very good product but lacks some explanations for assembling the trampoline.
You are attentive and friendly on the phone. Thank you for your kindness.
Very good. Very good quality, very fast delivery.
In line with what I expected.
Impeccable.
Good communication regarding the follow-up of my order concerning the evolution and availability of the items. Nothing to report.
Perfect order, very satisfied.
Adapted product. Perhaps a mounting manual is missing.
Perfect trampoline. The operational mode is not always very clear. Access ladder not suitable for jump up 250 (too large).
Better quality product than what is seen on many other sites. Relatively quick installation after watching assembly tutorials on the internet.
Perfect
Perfect. Good quality article.
The trampoline is perfect. My son loves it. The screws for assembly were missing because the package was damaged upon arrival but I did not check the contents in detail. After contacting customer service, we quickly received the screws. Very efficient service. Thank you for everything.
Available and competent advisor, delivery by specialized carrier.
Product conforms to the description, arrived on time. High quality product. My daughter and I are delighted!!!
Nothing to report
Very competent and friendly staff on the phone. This time I bought a trampoline, top quality and easy assembly! Kids and adults are having fun, thanks again!
Nothing to complain about, perfect service. As for the attachment of the trampoline protection, an instruction manual would have been welcome as it seemed to me that the plastic hooks were not suitable!!!! I still managed to attach this protection with a bit of perseverance.
Very good contact by phone with France Trampoline who was able to guide me in my choice
An order that completely meets my expectations, the advantage of France trampoline is the possibility of having spare parts which allowed me to refurbish my trampoline for about thirty Euros. However, it would be necessary to place assembly instructions in pdf format on the site because going to watch videos on YouTube for changing parts is a bit tedious.
Fast and very well packaged. Perfect!
Nothing to report

More than a month of waiting for a basketball hoop?
Hello and thank you for your feedback. Still suffering from the consequences of the health crisis, we are out of stock on some of our products including our basketball hoops. The theoretical restocking times are indicated on each product sheet and we do our best to respect them despite the unusual circumstances. We apologize for this inconvenience and hope you enjoy this trampoline game. Have a nice day, the France Trampoline team.
Serious and good material, as always. I recommend with closed eyes.
Item conforms to the description, but regarding the delivery... I had chosen a home delivery, the delivery person was supposed to contact me to agree on a day, he did not do so and called me when he was in front of my house. Being absent, he left the package in front of the door... I appreciate this moderately given the value of the package.
Hello, the order and delivery service were very well handled. However, I have a few comments to make about the product itself: - lack of precision in the assembly manual (=> we tore a tube cover) - a missing bolt - hooks holding the safety net are breaking
Hello and thank you for your feedback. Regarding the defective parts, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service with photos of the products at the following email address: contact@france-trampoline.com. Beautiful and good product, I hope it will last over time but currently it is really great
