Good provider, quality product and good phone contact, I highly recommend
Very good trampoline, 250cm version, looks good. The net is well tensioned, and if you respect the direction of the bungee cords that hold it, the trampoline does not creak 👍 Attention, adults can go on it, but my butt touched when I tried a trick... (falling sitting) I had contacted customer service before ordering to make sure that adults can enjoy it... I was told that the standard imposes 50kg regarding the circumference... but that you can go up to 130kg... I weigh only 70 and I touch when jumping hard... It's still the same fabric and the same springs as the 300... but the 300 is a bit higher...
Fast service, very good mat, the children are very happy
Delivered quickly and product as expected although a bit expensive!
Good, as usual
Hello, The trampoline is functional, even if in some cases the diagrams in the manual are not adapted to the specific model I bought. A very big negative point that I invite you to consider: the stock reduction policy is not optimal given the very long restocking times. I want to buy complementary products (tent, etc.) but what's the point if it's to receive them almost at the end of the school holidays?? (and we are only in June..). I can't be the only one in this case... You optimize cash flow but surely miss out on sales.. :-(
Fast delivery, assembly with really simple instructions, the product seems robust, we'll see over time
Perfect delivery. A bit long deadline though. The trampoline is great. Some difficulties in assembly. The manual is not very detailed, but we manage. It is essential to have several people. Ready for hours of happiness...! Thank you!!
Great
Very fast order delivery time
Product conforms to what I expected. Delivery on time
Replacement of the jumping mat, still available after 7 years.
no communication problem but big difficulty to get the requested product.
Hello Madam, thank you for your comment. Indeed, the first net you received was not the right one and we are really sorry about that. We have done what is necessary to send you the correct product that you should have received. Enjoy your trampoline! Have a nice end of the day, the France Trampoline team.
Products delivered within the displayed deadlines. Appreciable phone logistical support if needed. Product easily assembled with family thanks to a manual and high-quality materials. Thank you
perfectly matches my order
Super quality trampoline and rather simple to assemble with 2 people.
Product perfectly compliant. It is preferable to be 2 for the installation to ensure good cable tension. We installed it over a distance of 17 m and it works very well. The children are having a blast and the parents too (I weigh over 90kg).
I informed customer service with supporting photos that I found the shackles too small.
Hello and thank you for your feedback. I see that customer service has already gotten back to you and sent you the manual. Your installation seems very good to us! Enjoy your zip line!
Fast delivery. Zip line easy to install. Both children and adults are having fun.
France trampoline: always attentive and good advice. Products that last over time.
Excellent quality trampoline (hoping that the future confirms this as well), announced deadline respected; just 1 star removed precisely because the announced and respected deadline was almost 2 months... that feels long when you are impatient ;) !
Having already purchased a trampoline from France Trampoline several years ago, we ordered new parts to replace some that needed to be changed. While everything went well regarding the order and delivery, we found it unfortunate not to have an explanatory manual for changing the new parts. Indeed, some of the new parts ordered have changed compared to the old ones and do not fit together in the same way. Positive point, we noticed that the new materials had been improved in the meantime!
Very good material.
Very good quality service. Products easy to find on the site. No issues. Deadlines respected.
Sturdy arch and quite easy to install.
Quality materials, really no regrets!
The trampoline is great, well packaged and meets our expectations. The only downside for me is the delivery service which is not up to par.
Serious service.
Very happy
Good waiting for the product
Super product, the quality is there and the shipping was fast, my son is delighted and so are we, I recommend 100%.
Good product, although there is a lack of information about the tools that need to be used.
Quality product.
Perfect
Product fully meets expectations.
Good quality product purchased for my grandchildren, to complete their Ninja course.
Very good. Attentive, good advice. The product meets our expectations. Good quality. Great success.
Nothing to complain about, very good
Product conforms to expectations.
Spare parts ordered and perfect delivery!
Disappointed by the ladder and the banner
Good product but unfortunate delivery delay due to stock shortage
France trampoline is an establishment that offers very good service
Very good product.
Good product and timely delivery. I recommend.
After very effective phone assistance, I was able to place an order without any problems. Good advice. Competent and pleasant staff. Fast delivery. Very serious company and quality material.
Very efficient customer service! Thank you!
Package blocked at the customs service of Reunion. Reason: the invoice does not appear; nor the sender (according to them). They are asking me to provide them with the product invoice, which I have not yet had time to find. It would be good to send it to them so they can see it; I don't know if they do it on purpose, but it penalizes me while I am not at fault, sorry.
Hello and thank you for your feedback. I see that customer service has contacted you following your review. The requested invoice was sent to you by email on 10/06, as well as to the carrier. I hope that since then, your problem has been resolved by the carrier. Have a nice end of the day, the France Trampoline team.
Good service
Good quality product delivered within the expected time. Its assembly requires the presence of at least 2 adults. It would be advisable for the assembly instructions to include the placement of wedges around the tree to prevent the cable from injuring it.
