Very good trampoline, sturdy and large. Bounces well.
Very attentive staff and good advice! They were able to offer me an alternative to renew my trampoline which is set for a few more years ;-)

Good evening and a big thank you for my order, super reliable material of very high quality. Best regards
After a month of use, the trampoline seems to be of good quality. Effective assembly instructions. Impeccable packaging.
Very good product, good finish
Good quality product, easy assembly. Only the straight stakes are not effective in rocky soil.
Order of my protective cushion easy, correct quality but unbearable delivery times (7 weeks)
Very fast delivery, very good quality trampoline, perfect for my teenager... The first (jump up), bought 8 years ago, has withstood the harsh winters of Cantal and will finish its life in another family! Very responsive customer service, 2 elastics were missing from the delivery...
Quality product.

Exemplary service and top responsiveness.
Trampoline delivered on time. Problems with friction marks on several legs. Customer service was great and immediately offered a gesture. The children have a lot of fun, their friends too... I recommend your site and your products.
Order very well packaged and fairly quick shipping. Quality product. The only downside is the high price for our family.
Very good
Good product, meets my needs. However, more expensive than I would have thought.

A bit of delay in delivery
Very satisfied with our purchase, the trampoline is of good quality and seems to be more robust than the brands usually encountered.
A bit disappointed because we wanted a trampoline with a diameter of start up 300 or 360 but not available for a birthday on 19/05/2021 (available only a month later), so we settled for a start up 250 in stock. And very disappointed with the quality of the spring protections as they were already torn after the first uses. The elastic attachment system is very poorly designed and forces a strong tension on the protective foam which has torn!!!
Very long delivery times. I was supposedly warned before validating my order... We waited and are happy with the product. It was the delay that was really long..
very good responsiveness following the order. tracking information is important
The pallet was overturned when it was delivered to us but no breakage was noted during unpacking and assembly. Furthermore, I notice that the elastic attachments with the plastic hook do not hold well over time, several hooks have broken and I also notice a slight fragility in the collars that hold the posts for the nets. That's all I have to say. Otherwise, great product on the rest.
