Very good product Solid over time
Order received after a delay but excellent welcome and advice by phone before that!
We received the trampoline a few weeks ago. The delivery time (about 2 months) was respected. However, the carrier, instead of placing the packages properly, dropped them in 1 minute flat in the slope of our garage. The boxes therefore fell along the slope while the carrier was leaving. Incredible, fortunately no breakage. Assembling the trampoline is laborious (2 adults minimum for 1 day). Once assembled, the product meets our expectations, the children are having fun.
Hello and thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that the delivery did not go ideally. We will pass your feedback to the carrier so that they can improve. We are very happy that you like the trampoline, enjoy it well.
Very good!
serious and efficient
Never disappointed with France Trampoline, it's a serious company!
Material corresponding to my expectations. Fast delivery.
Fast and efficient provider who guided me well during my ordering mistake. Great trampoline! Thank you
As for the ordering and delivery, it's a trybon service. Unfortunately, I am in the process of declaring a defective product because the net tore at one of the poles. I hope this is an exceptional event.
It's a shame that some products are not available for 3 months. We limited our order to the product in stock
Nothing to report
Super
Good quality jumping mat! Does its job very well!👍
Qualitative product
Good product and fast delivery
FAST DELIVERY. GOOD QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT
Fast delivery and quality product
Top quality. This is our 2nd trampoline and clearly, it is not the same quality as the previous ones. We'll see over time but the materials are not the same and seem much sturdier. We opted for the Boost Up 430 for an even more responsive fabric and we were not disappointed. We definitely recommend it.
The transaction went quite well overall. The product is of good quality. Only a small error in one element of the order makes me take away one star out of 5. An email to report the error and a reminder email were necessary to resolve the issue. Responses were quick in both cases.
Top advisor
Trampoline delivered as promised and on time. Our children love it!!!
Perfect, attentive sales service, providing precise and useful advice. TOP
No problem in the ordering process. However, delivery time is very long (5 weeks)
Super order very happy with my purchase nothing to say
Very good advice
Promises kept. Price a bit high, but announced.
very good products very good quality of bounce robust structure
Very good
The material (28m zip line) is of very good quality (even used by adults)
Due to the purchase of my trampoline from you, you immediately found the product reference.
Product conforms to the description
excellent
Impeccable
Very nice object. My son is very satisfied with his trampoline that bounces perfectly for all his jumps and rotations. The chosen size fits perfectly in our small garden. Only downside: the plastic hooks break easily and the Velcro of the protective belt of the net do not all match those of the net.
Speed, efficiency!
Good quality trampoline. However, we were surprised by the opening system. It is very narrow and we have doubts about its durability over time.
Impeccable product
Item received on time and conforms to the order
Serious provider, we made an error in ordering the dimensions of the mat and we were able to exchange it quickly.
Net of poor quality compared to the original! At this price I expected better
Hello and thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that the quality does not seem to meet your expectations. After research, I found that you initially had a premium net and that the one you are talking about is a medium net. Don't worry, it is still a good net that will last several years. Have a nice day, The France trampoline team.
Very good quality, very satisfying!
Very good service
Excellent phone contact for recommendations. The product is easy to assemble, sturdy, quite nice for a trampoline and my daughters are delighted with the quality of the bounce.
Product conforms. Super service
Quality trampoline delivered very quickly
Delivery time respected!
Perfect and fast.
The response to my request was made with responsiveness and precision; the technical sales representative was able to clearly tell me what was needed to find the corresponding spare parts for a Songmics trampoline with a diameter of 3.05m; and delivery followed quickly. Thank you, I recommend; ***
Excellent quality. Very good bounce. We are delighted
Purchase with no regrets. We can contact a representative without difficulty, for advice or even during the assembly of the trampoline for a technical question. Very quick responses. Really nice to see that the service is there.
