Very experienced, honest, attentive
Good quality corresponds to the order
Perfect
Great... a bit expensive when you detail the components!
Very good quality of the zip line and accessories. Fast shipping
Delivery within the displayed deadlines, products well packaged and meeting our expectations.
Delivery time was long but we were warned. Otherwise, good phone contact
Fast and accurate
Product conforms to my request. Delivery within the announced deadlines.
excellent product, my son totally approves.
Perfect.
Very well packaged pallet, good quality material I am completely satisfied, thank you!
Top product. Delivery was perfect. Assembly took a bit long but was easy (with my tools, as the ones provided are really cheap). Plan for time especially to adjust the vertical safety net.
Product delivered quickly, very good quality, the children are delighted
Good phone contact with an offer of help for assembly if needed (it wasn't needed, the trampoline was easily assembled by 3 pre-teens). Very good quality, my son is delighted
Easy order, quick reception, product corresponding well to the presentation
Very good product. Too bad the assembly guide is really insufficient. The assembly time is multiplied by ten.
Fast delivery. Assembly not detailed enough. Quality product except for the plastics with elastics that hold the spring protection. They broke on the first jump. Let's see if they will send me others at no cost...
Hello, thank you for your feedback. We apologize for these circumstances. Please feel free to contact our customer service (contact@france-trampoline.com) with photos of the defective parts. We will get back to you as soon as possible to apply the warranty. Best regards, the France Trampoline team
Very satisfied with the phone order. For the delivery, it was not expected so our package was dropped off at our nephew's place.
Impeccable, nothing to complain about the material. Small remark on the transport: the pallet was more like a crate than a real pallet, borderline dangerous.
The net received does not correspond to the old one which was only 2 years old: zipper instead of a double Velcro closure with 3 hooks much more practical with a larger and safer opening; moreover, our trampoline is black and red and the closure of the new net is green and white which detracts from the aesthetics of the whole while this was a criterion in the choice of our trampoline of which we are otherwise very satisfied. As for the delivery time (three months), it is not attributable to France Trampoline but it has accentuated our disappointment.
Hello, thank you for your comment. We have indeed changed the design of our nets and opted for a zipper for reasons of practicality and quality. Unfortunately, we no longer produce the old opening. Regarding the delivery time of the package, we always have a lot of requests before the start of the season and there may be a bit of delay in restocking. We apologize for these circumstances and do our best to ensure our customers receive their products as quickly as possible. Best regards, the France Trampoline team
Very good site and super product
Waiting time much too long, item ordered in April, received in July. Too bad.
Hello, thank you for your feedback. At the time of your order, the net was not in stock before 30/06, as indicated on the product sheet. In mid-June, we informed you by email that the restocking time would unfortunately be a bit longer than expected. Upon receipt in our warehouses, we sent it to you without delay on 07/07. We apologize for the waiting time and do our best to inform our customers. Best regards, the France Trampoline team.
I am very satisfied
Long delivery times due to stock shortages
Fast delivery time, quality in line with the description. We are satisfied with our order.
Professional refund service. Ineffective expert customer service to help a customer looking for a product
Hello and thank you for your feedback. Since your trampoline is not of our brand, we specified during our email exchanges that it is possible that our spare parts may not be compatible with your trampoline. Unfortunately, we do not have a suitable net for your brand - we therefore offered you a return at our expense and a refund. Best regards, the France Trampoline team
Good services. It is unfortunate to receive discounts after placing an order...
very good performance
Very good from order to delivery and meeting the expectations of the trampoline. Very good product easy to assemble and of quality.
Delivered on time, very good product my son is delighted. Simple and well-explained assembly.
Everything is perfect like my previous order of a ping pong table.
Purchase of a zip line. Everything was in accordance with the online product description. Easy to assemble and delivered on time. The product seems solid, the children are delighted!
Good product. Good value for money. Fast shipping. My grandchildren are thrilled.

Top, from order to delivery. Product as described and perfectly adjusted. I recommend this site.
Very well informed
Good quality of the trampoline meets my expectations, however I find that the springs or the trampoline makes a lot of noise when jumping on it, I would like to have a solution to this problem if possible, thank you
The product is in line with what we expected. The delivery service was very disappointing.
Telephone communication following a request for information by email. We received a quote very quickly. We appreciated the possibility of payment by check. The trampolines are of good quality..
Well-guided purchase. Impeccable material and adapted to our expectations.
Fast and well-organized delivery, quality material, it was perfect
Perfect order, nothing to complain about except the price of the spring protection which is a bit high. We'll see the longevity of the product over time.
Perfect, nothing to say
Fast delivery, quality games
