Fast delivery, satisfactory product
A very good experience with France Trampoline. Efficient customer service.
Item corresponding to my expectations. Delivery without problems
Super nothing to say very serious
Perfect
Easy contact at the reception phone, called back by a technician, relevant advice, ordered products arrived as expected and conforming. Good job, thank you!
Order and delivery services are efficient, but product quality is very mediocre.
Hello, Indeed the quality of the protective net you chose is inferior to that of your old net because you chose a medium net while your trampoline was composed of a premium net. We clearly display in our product sheet the weight of our net which is indeed lower than that of the premium net. Best regards; The France-Trampoline team
very very difficult to enter our SIRET number, the software did not recognize the name of the company and refused the order wasting time, however, available by phone, someone answered me and helped me well. I strongly encourage you to simplify this aspect (we almost abandoned the order and went elsewhere, which would have been a shame, very beautiful product, and good packaging that will allow us to keep and store the slackline.
We thank you for your message, however, it is now mandatory to provide the SIREN number when the field "company or organization" is completed. And it is of course necessary that the 2 fields match. Best regards, The France Trampoline team
Simple to order, and very quick to receive. Thank you
Very good product. Quality and seriousness made in France
The product was installed without any difficulty. The delivery was super fast, in short, everything is okay for us.
Product meets my expectations, delivered quickly, well-packaged product. I would recommend the site without hesitation.
bien
Spare parts. Products received very quickly, with all necessary accessories. Very well packaged. Always of excellent quality.
Fast, efficient, clear, and very correct
Perfect nothing to add
We validated our choice after consulting France Trampoline online. The delivery met our expectations as well as the quality of the product. For installation, several adults are needed, a cable puller would have been welcome to help with the proper tension of the cable. Both small and large can fully enjoy.
Fast and serious
Product conforms to our search, deadline respected.
High quality material.
Very effective and responsive for after-sales service.
Total success in replacing a safety net and its arches: the tutorials for choosing the model are very well done. Happy!
Perfect product but lacks indication for hanging the net at the bottom
ok, no problem to order, be delivered or assemble (a bit tiring though) P.S 1.: the anchors seem unnecessary to me, at least at my place P.S 2: at the main junctions of the vertical tubes and the circle of the mat, there is a hole where I imagined a bolt + nut should be placed: not found... is that normal?
Overall qualitative trampoline and meets my expectations. Assembly instructions and tools provided need improvement. Rigidity of the basketball hoop is lacking.
Very punctual and fast regarding delivery. As for the quality of the product, there is nothing to complain about. Very easy to assemble. I will recommend on this site.
Good quality material, and fast shipping.
The delivery was fast and complete. The assembly instructions are provided but could contain some additional details (orientation of the feet, assembly of the junction pieces...) the product seems to be of good quality. To be seen in use.
Everything went really well. Order delivered quickly. Response to our questions by email and quickly.
Product conforms to the provided indications and fast delivery, I am satisfied
Top-notch after-sales service! I highly recommend.

Very competent seller was able to find the net that matched our trampoline purchased from them a few years ago. Every time we needed their services, they were attentive to us.

Very good, fast and compliant
The edge of the octagonal trampoline is no longer available anywhere. Nowhere? Well, at France Trampoline! So happy with this, our trampoline can still last for years. Affordable and reasonably fast delivery to the Netherlands. Communication regarding our order has always been excellent.
