Good 👍
Very good
The jumping mat for the trampoline seems to be good but given the price, I thought the springs would be included! Disappointment upon opening the package, that's why I won't give more stars.

Top. Thank you
Fast delivery and compliant products, thank you
Trampoline delivered damaged: two twisted and crushed structure bars. Called customer service, but no technician available, just a salesperson asking me to call back later. I had to redo the two structure bars myself with a mallet, grinder, and metal drill..

I ordered a cover and springs and there are no springs
Hello, Thank you for sharing your opinion regarding your order of cover and springs for the trampoline. We are sorry if you were disappointed to find that there were no springs included in your package. We would like to clarify that on the product sheet, it is specified that the springs are sold separately and are not included with the cover. If you need additional springs, our customer service team is available to help you choose the springs compatible with your trampoline. We thank you for your understanding and your feedback. Best regards, The customer service team
Nothing to say, everything is perfect
Very good phone contact
Fantastic equipment like in the gym, fast delivery and without damage. However, assembly is tedious and two pieces were missing. The after-sales service sent me the missing pieces quickly but they were not identical to those they replaced. I am satisfied and recommend the brand and online purchase.
Order received super fast, trampoline quality is top-notch, just a small downside on the welds with the hoop
Perfect and the customer service is just incredible! They did everything to ensure I received the product before my son's birthday. They even took the care to call the carrier. It's so rare! I am delighted
Very good. Product conforms and adapted.
Order placed as part of a customer service. At first contact, the response was rather negative and did not take into account my previous orders as a loyal customer of the brand. After a second email, I was heard which allowed me to place an order with a commercial gesture.
Very good product, the dome is perfect, sturdy
Very good product so far. There was a possible doubt about the ordered reference: I was immediately contacted to confirm and avoid any unpleasant surprises. Rare and great initiative. Well done
Top Quality
The order tracking service is very efficient. I was able to get all the necessary information and exchange an ordered net for another reference that was the right size.
Fast and compliant shipping
Perfect

Material conforms to the order. You can clearly see the difference in quality compared to other brands 'mass distribution'. Good responsiveness from customer service over the phone. Let yourself be tempted by this beautiful product.
Error on my part when I placed the order. I was able to return the item and order another one. Shipping costs at my expense. Total process a bit long.
Excellent customer relationship following a contact from the phone service for advice. Courteous and polite professionals, perfect
In some places, the blue and green paint is damaged. We are afraid that over time, it will rust. The instructions are not very clear on which side to put the washer (bolt side or nut side?)
Fast and quality delivery. Very happy with my order
Perfect
Product topics! Top quality!
Record time
Perfect, I am delighted
The products are of very good quality. We appreciate being able to easily order spare parts and accessories to repair and renovate our trampoline
Quality products, all parts of the trampolines are available to be replaced. Perfect.
Very good phone exchange, quick and serious order. The material seems to be of quality. We will have to see how it holds up over time, the only downside is that one of the screws to fix it to the ground broke even though it was not fully inserted, for the others, everything went well.
It is not emphasized enough that there are packs and items with only the trampoline. If I had known, I would have taken a pack... With your competitors, we don't have this problem.
A bit long between the order and delivery but otherwise all good
Good quality material and quite easy to install.
Very quick response after a question asked about a material purchased 2 years ago.
Product meets my expectations perfectly. Fast and careful delivery
Nothing to report
Perfect. Thank you
Responsiveness
Very good quality of the product, solid and secure, which will last over time. Very satisfied with the purchase
Top notch! All the ordered parts fit perfectly thanks to the explanations on the website. Thank you
From my order to delivery, everything was perfect. Congratulations on your professionalism and the speed of delivery. This is my third trampoline purchase and my children and I are satisfied, thank you very much again. Best regards. J.Guerin
Very happy with my purchase
Fast shipping and quality product Thank you!
A manual would have been useful especially to know if the net should be fixed in front or behind the posts. Otherwise quality = ok.
Very good, nothing to report
