Fast delivery and very well packaged parcel
VERY good
Good service
Delivery as expected. Assembly a bit complicated, the manual could be improved in the description. However, during the assembly of the tent, there was a missing elastic to be able to attach it to one of the climbing holds. Exact number of screws, work... one more would have been nice. Good quality materials
Very good quality, easy to assemble
Fast and careful shipping, correct price

Very welcoming person on the phone and delivery in 2 days.
Communication with the carrier is poor. Very disappointed with their service.
Everything was perfect
Trampoline delivered quickly, difficult to assemble, but robust and seems to be of very good quality.
happy with the order. quality product. not complicated to assemble but long, and plan for at least 2 to 3 people from time to time.
Very good customer relationship
fast delivery. very good product
satisfied with our order, product compliant with our expectations, delivery time respected, to recommend!
Speed, correct price. Perfect.
No problem
The warranty processing is very fast just like the shipping. We are very satisfied.
The trampoline was shipped very quickly from trampoline France and it seems qualitative, for now we are very happy with it, let's see how it holds up over time!! The downside concerns the delivery which was complicated, delivery scheduled for Wednesday, nothing I had to call, delivery rescheduled for Friday but again trampoline not loaded in the truck... They found a solution and we were still delivered on Friday but it wasn't without trouble, so I do not recommend this company at all.
I explained on the phone to a lady that I would like to receive the climbing dome before my grandson's visit at the end of the week. And the next day I was able to pick it up at the carrier!!! The dome was assembled uh... quite easily and it brings joy to our grandchildren. It is very stable and solid. Really very happy... thank you
