Good phone reception
Quality product, very fast delivery
I ordered a protective cushion with plastic attachments and straps provided, but the attachments break one after the other. I am disappointed with the quality of the product.
Hello, We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the breakage of the protective cushion attachments. Unless we are mistaken, we have not received any email or call regarding your problem. Please do not hesitate to contact us, we could send you new attachments to resolve your issue. Best regards; The France-Trampoline team.
Very welcoming site, easy to use.. complete description that allowed me to make a choice easily.. impeccable delivery, fast and within the announced deadlines.. all that remains is to assemble the trampoline and enjoy!
Items that are always of good quality. Effective responses from the services following our questions. We highly recommend the products.
This is the second time I order spare parts following a trampoline purchase in 2014. I am very happy with the parts - the speed of delivery and the price.
Very well advised. Quality and price nothing to complain about. This is already the second one I ordered because it really corresponds to what I wanted for the two little girls.
Very fast
Very good
Ultra fast delivery!
Top quality material
Clear and well-structured website, no nonsense; complete information on the characteristics of the materials. Very fast shipping, well packaged. The material seems to be of good quality: all that remains is to install and try it out... Thank you.
For spare parts for trampolines, the price is really too high, and the relative satisfaction mainly comes from the packaging. Too much plastic to throw away when it could be replaced by cardboard or paper and in a smaller volume... For the rest, the trampoline is great, an excellent investment for the children, and of very good quality.
Very satisfied
Quality product, I really recommend it.
Very pleasant phone reception and good advice. Fast delivery.
Super super what else to say. We ordered a zip line with a harness. Upon receipt, there was only one carabiner. The person at reception was very kind and professional which is rare these days. We received the carabiner 3 days later. Well done
Very satisfied with my order
Speed of delivery. Quality of the material
Spare parts in stock. Received and fit perfectly. Top 👍
Very responsive and efficient service as always.
Not enough hoops.
Fast and compliant delivery. Perfect service.
Very good. Fast delivery
Nothing to complain about. The site is easy to use.
Material conforms to the model. Perfect delivery.
Very good responsiveness after order
Products conform to the order. Fast delivery.
Material (cushion and replacement net for a trampoline of another brand that is no longer marketed) received quickly and seems to be of good quality. The clear information on the website allowed us to find compatible material for our old trampoline.
Very fast transaction, top!
Quality product and perfectly adaptable to our trampoline with a very clear buying guide.
Very good!
What I criticize is the closure that does not open completely.
Completely conforms. Seems to be of good quality
I ordered a 28m fury zip line. Very fast delivery, easy installation but requires 2 or 3 people, about 1-1.5 hours. It is advisable to have something to tension the cable: either a winch or a strap with notches. Excellent quality product, my children love it.
I bought 1 large trampoline several years ago and 2 small ones for 3-year-olds, I was very satisfied with the quality
Fast delivery and in perfect condition. Items conform to the order.
We have a trampoline and a climbing dome and we are really delighted with it
Purchase of a 44-meter zip line, very satisfied with this purchase, quality product, relatively easy to install. The installation guide is very detailed, the children and adults have a lot of fun, I am very satisfied.
Super fast. Order placed on Thursday, May 18, public holiday, delivered on Saturday, May 20.
Very good. Very fast shipping.
Purchase of an Apollo Sport 400 trampoline and its accessories (cover, anchoring, ladder). Reliable delivery person with prior contact for a precise appointment and respected. The material is really of quality, the packaging neat and the assembly guide clear and satisfactory. Assembly with two people is highly recommended for a good half-day. I highly recommend.
Product conforms to the order delivered within the expected timeframe good communication with the stakeholders very satisfied
Quick and easy customer service support
Very good telephone reception to resolve a payment card issue
No issues.
Great product, I hope the customer service will be the same if I need it. I recommend having two people for assembly and to carefully follow the steps. Very nice 5/3 meter trampoline, I recommend it, best regards.
Very good service. The trampoline was easy to find on the website. Delivery on site was good, but we had to organize the delivery twice. The product was well packaged.
Quality company. Surprised by the change in materials of the net and foams which seem less qualitative than when I bought the trampoline. But no issues to report for now. If the lifespan is 10 years like last time, it will be perfect.
Thank you for advising me on the net I wanted to change. The net you made me buy (different from the one I had chosen) fits perfectly. The processing speed is perfect. Thank you very much.
