The material seems to be of quality with my observations: the instructions for the net that prevents being underneath the trampoline are in English! No instructions for the protective cover! And no call or direct message from the company to check if I am satisfied!!!
Good product, very responsive order, efficient carrier
Received quickly, well explained for assembly, I recommend it 👍
Very good service,
No problem. Very fast delivery and well packaged.
Very good, easy to assemble
Very satisfied with my zip line. One issue: the sling on the starting tree was too short and I had to buy a longer one without getting the other one back.
It went very well, I had to call you to avoid making a mistake, great, package received without too much waiting, great, my son installed it, we were 3, perfect! And my grandchildren are delighted to return to their trampoline! And everyone was happy! I have nothing but compliments to address to you, everything went super well! You are the best, bravo, keep it up, thank you very much ***
Following my order, I made a mistake on the reference of my jumping mat. I contacted customer service who responded efficiently for a product return and sending the correct reference. Great team!
Quality product, fast delivery. I recommend it 👌
Satisfied with the product
The trampoline is a few years old, very good manufacturing and spare parts available!
Product meets my expectations, no issues.
Excellent consideration of my request and responsiveness.
Quality product! Very satisfied with my purchase for a 13-year-old (training for freestyle scooter).
Perfect.
Order processed quickly and received within 3 days, a big thank you for your efficiency
Delivered on time. Product compliant with my expectations. Everything is perfect and the children are very happy! I do not regret my purchase.
Very good
Great product
Perfect as before
The package is delivered on an unsuitable pallet. The boxes stick out a lot and are therefore damaged upon receipt, fortunately nothing is at risk inside. As for the product, it seems to be of very good quality. However, the elastics used to hold the safety net are already broken after a fall... a bit disappointing at this price...
I am very satisfied to have been able to find replacement parts after a purchase of more than 10 years and so easily!
Good product. Relatively simple assembly.
Very good for delivery and item compliant with the order
A top customer service, very well advised, I was given time to think (no pressure), order placed on Tuesday, delivered on Friday at the agreed time, top quality, assembly nothing to say and my little grandchildren are more than delighted, honestly I recommend, and it’s really worth comparing, the details (springs etc.) with other brands, honestly I recommend 100/100.
Good
Fast delivery. Compliant with my expectations. Assembly a bit delicate, but it’s done, with patience. You really need to be two to assemble it. Impeccable service. Thank you.
Great, efficient, compliant, fast
Before validating my order, they made sure that the ordered tarp was the right size for my trampoline. Fast shipping, very good.
Very satisfied with my order and the customer service who contacted me because they couldn't find me in their customer file to be sure I had taken the measurements of my trampoline after my order. And I thank them because thanks to them we were able to cancel the order I had just placed as I had not taken the measurements correctly and place a new order correctly.
Very happy with the quality
Very good product
Excellent: fast, efficient, compliant material, just the assembly documentation could be improved.
Good service but I would have appreciated a commercial gesture since the sling cable provided with the package was too short to go around the tree and I had to order a longer one without return of the small one.
Very abrupt braking.
Hello, Thank you for your comment. Indeed, the braking can be a bit abrupt, please ensure that users hold firmly to the pulley handles during use and also make sure that the heads of all users are below the pulley by adjusting the rope and the seat. We remain at your disposal for any further information at contact@france-trampoline.com or at 05 56 36 04 62. Best regards, The France-Trampoline team.
The small ordered items (carabiners) were poorly packaged and slipped through the poorly taped cardboard. The after-sales service was very responsive and sent me the missing item by post.
The site is still very serious, ultra-fast and careful delivery, quality and sturdy products. We had to change some wear parts (safety net among other things) on our 4.60m octagonal trampoline after 8 years of intensive use and we found the parts without any difficulty. A real pleasure for parents and children who found a trampoline almost brand new! We are now set for many years!
Very satisfied with the service, fast delivery, product compliant.
Satisfactory
Product corresponding to our expectations
Nothing to complain about, always satisfied with your products.
Very good listening and quality of products at the rendezvous...
Standard. Nothing to say.
Very good, fast delivery, compliant with what I expected. Thank you.
Very good product. Just a problem with the finishing skirt not matching the poles for fixing.
Good phone listening that meets my expectations. Top delivery person. Ideal products. Thank you!
Delivery on time. Solid quality material.
Very efficient after-sales service, accommodating and quick. I highly recommend France Trampoline.
Order compliant.
