Good product and delivery as per the order
Super fast delivery! Some doubts about the sturdiness of the board. To be seen in use. But the user is delighted.
Very nice trampoline! However, a bolt was missing, and the instructions are not very clear (according to my husband who is quite handy and took care of assembling it).
very good quality very good product
Contacted by the delivery person but does not respond when called back. Result: Product delivered on a day of absence. Moreover, one package was missing. Photo of an ordered lot on the site but the package does not include all the elements of the lot.
Hello, Thank you for taking the time to respond to this review. Regarding the tracking of your shipment, we are unable to trace the steps with the carrier. We apologize if you encountered problems with them. Please know that if you cannot get in touch with the carrier, our sales service is available to follow up from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:15 PM and then from 1:45 PM to 5:30 PM. As for the ordered product, you ordered a climbing dome play area of 3.60 m. Indeed, as explained in the product sheet, the climbing dome is not part of the pack. However, you can purchase the play area with the climbing dome or the dome alone on our site. All packages were therefore present at the delivery of your pallet. We remain at your disposal for any further information. Best regards, The France Trampoline team
Very satisfied with the product. The children immediately adopted it and play a lot with it.
Very good fast delivery tracking
Very good
Very satisfied
Very pleasant and large trampoline 430.
Very professional 👌
Package arrived with difficulty, several changes of parcel relay without being informed. Once arrived, I noticed an error on my part during the order (dimensions of the jumping mat). Customer service responds quickly, I order the new one which arrives quickly. To return the incompatible jumping mat, it’s a hassle, France trampoline does not provide for the return via its carrier, so the return is at my expense and expensive. The package has been here for at least 2 weeks and still no refund. The products are of quality but the after-sales service is not up to par. Too bad. Be cautious when ordering spare parts.
Hello, Thank you for taking the time to respond to this E-Komi review. We are quite surprised. We announce a delivery time of between 3 and 6 working days in summer and your order was shipped by the DPD carrier on 21/07/2023 and delivered on 27/07/2023, which is within a period of 5 working days. The tracking link, sent by email to all our customers, clearly shows the change of relay point on 24/07/2023. For spare parts, we specify on each product page the dimensions to take to avoid any errors. For a jumping mat, you need to: 1. measure the overall diameter (outside) of the trampoline, 2. measure the length of a spring (overall, including hooks and detached from the trampoline), 3. count the number of springs. Regarding the handling of returns, it is clearly stated in our T&Cs that, unless we are at fault, all returns are at the customer's expense. Finally, as explained today by email, when you ordered several items, you selected a payment in several installments without fees and the last payment is due tomorrow, 18/08/2023. Only one item from your order has been returned and the last payment does not only cover the returned item. We are therefore obliged to wait for this payment to proceed with the refund. We strive to provide as much information as possible to our customers and to have a responsive and transparent customer service. We are available by phone and email from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 12:15 pm and then from 1:45 pm to 5:30 pm. As agreed by email today, your refund will be processed at the beginning of next week. We remain at your disposal for any further information. Best regards, The France Trampoline team.
I left a phone message at 11 am, early afternoon, an advisor called me back and guided me very effectively in my choice.
Fast delivery, seller who called us to avoid an excess order that would have been useless, you don't see that everywhere. Completely satisfied customer
Very Good. Very Good Products.

Very good service
It is very appreciated to be able to order spare parts for our trampoline that is 10 years old.
Order processing and delivery quick and efficient. Very good telephone reception when making inquiries after the order. You need to allow time for assembly and be a bit muscular for assembling the legs. The negative points are as follows: 2 attachments for the protective sleeve are missing. The ladder attachment does not click onto the bar and is very unstable. We have to carry our daughter to install her in the trampoline. As the ladder lifts the protective net, the zipper closure is elevated and it is difficult to get down from the trampoline to place the feet on the ladder, even for our teenagers. The information sheet sewn onto the protective net to the right of the zipper has been placed askew, which looks careless.
Top as usual. We changed parts without any problem! Everything arrived as expected!
Very good product and very responsive customer service.
Very good advice over the phone. Fast delivery. Excellent quality trampoline at first glance. Difficult to assemble by two women, more strength is needed to assemble the legs. Clear instructions but could be improved on two or three points. I am delighted with my purchase.
A super product of very good quality.
Very pleasant and punctual delivery person. Excellent quality products.
Very fast delivery with a smile. I recommend without any hesitation.
Very professional site that requires product validation to ensure that we did not make a mistake.
nothing to report
Perfect, compliant product and fast delivery
Receipt but reassembly planned in 1 month, so no opinion!
super helpful after-sales service Quality product and service at the order or after-sales service more than serious Thank you for your work done in a very professional manner.
Pleasant welcome, order placed quickly as my email address is enough to indicate what equipment I have, no need to search for references! Order sent immediately and received the next day. Well done
No complaints
The 5 stars are for France trampoline but not for the delivery service to whom I would only give one star. He had the package at his place for several days (a week I think) and it was necessary for me to call to get the delivery appointment.
Quality product and timely delivery

Very good level of service and advice
The merchandise corresponds to the request and the information on the internet. The only downside is the very high shipping cost.
Between the order and delivery no problem thank you for the quality of the bridge you can do much better the threading and treatment is poor. For information, the trampoline is disassembled and stored from October to June, review the product. For the trampoline good quality. Best regards
