Too bad we can't choose the fun ball
No problem
Very good product, we'll see over time if it lasts
Fast and careful delivery
Good product
Great product and top delivery
Courteous and warm salesperson, 2 packages delivered on time.
Easy to use.
The product seems to be of good quality, the size fits perfectly (4.30m), with drainage holes for rainwater, which I have been looking for for some time. The installation is simple and the attachment system is also effective. The small downside I would mention about this product is the number of retaining elastics, which is 8 and too spaced out for such a large diameter; 12 would have been more suitable for better stability in case of wind. The tarp tends to move and needs to be frequently repositioned on the trampoline, too bad!
Very good service
Very good contact with FT. A downside for the delivery: the package was left in our garden in our absence and could have been stolen...
Perfect.
Very good phone contact and very quick home delivery (48h). Thank you very much
Order received quickly but we could not set up the jumping mat and safety net due to bad weather. We hope the sizes will be OK
Octopulse trampoline excellent! Allows for jump sequences and figures impossible on classic round trampolines. Bought for 3 teenagers aged 11 to 15. Very easy to assemble.
a big thank you for your seriousness and responsiveness!
a bit disappointed by the delivery, the box was torn causing some damage to the foam. For the rest of the material, no problem.
Perfect quality, delivery time.....
Perfect
France trampoline is a very serious company. The customer service is very efficient.
Attention to detail. I was contacted to verify the compatibility of the material I had ordered with my trampoline
The delivery was postponed 3 times, and delivered to a relay point and not at home, lack of drivers.
Perfect, I measured the trampoline well (an old one that was given to us) and the mat fits perfectly, it will have a second youth 👍
Very serious!
Excellent quality material, very well thought out kit, very well finished. Careful, fast shipping. I recommend +++
very good customer follow-up. Following an initial incorrect order, the supplier contacted me to rectify based on my previous orders excellent initiative
Following a breakage of the upper arch, the service responded very quickly and sent us the replacement part. Very satisfied! Perfect! Thank you very much.

very fast shipping and reception ... But it is really a shame that the 2 m foam protections are folded in a small box of 55 X 35 cm, which means they are all bent or almost twisted! a more suitable packaging would have been better and I hope it will relax once installed...
Excellent advice on choosing the suitable trampoline mat
Always very happy with your services for many years
I am very satisfied with your services
Top customer service, courteous and super nice team, attentive to our requests
Very responsive order
excellent product, assembly instructions well done, I recommend,
Package well received, easy installation.
Fast delivery and product as described
Very happy with the trampoline. The only downside is the manual, which lacks explanations for assembly. We had to disassemble some parts to redo the assembly correctly due to lack of explanations.
Quality product.
Super product!
Responsive and very professional.
Very satisfied with my purchase. The assembly instructions could, however, be clearer.
Extremely efficient and available contact, kind and professional. Top-notch material.
Satisfied with your after-sales service. They are top-notch.
Very good
Quality trampoline, top customer service.
Complete pack and good value for money, but the descriptions of the contents are brief. It is not specified that there are protections for the trees, but they are only 1m each. And the slack at the top is difficult to tighten because the rope is doubled to be able to attach the accessories.
Top-notch! The sales team sent me an email saying that I had made a mistake in my order. Very diligent team. Thank you.
We already had the trampoline and wanted to replace a part. Quick and efficient. Top delivery. Thank you.
