There are gaps in the assembly instructions and the protective net was torn in less than a week.
Excellent product, shipping, nothing to complain about 👌
Easy to install, good diameter. Unlike my order of 8 universal foam for 38mm diameter poles, too small, a hassle to install.
Excellent
Perfect, an advisor guided me well to find the right fabric and the right models. I recommend this site.
Accessible, friendly, and efficient phone reception. Choice of delivery date, punctuality, and helpfulness of the carrier.
I found on the site the trampoline mat I needed to replace mine which was 10 years old. Very easy order, very fast delivery.
Quality product. Quite easy to assemble. Very good ease of use for both adults and children.
Service always very efficient.
Following a tear on the trampoline pad purchased in July 2023, I contacted customer service. They were very responsive and sent me a new pad within 72 hours completely free of charge! I highly recommend the after-sales service of France Trampoline.
I ordered a trampoline net. Before the order, I was very well informed by phone, I spoke to a very friendly representative who provided me with the reference of the item to order.
Good quality product. Easily transportable. For my part, assembling the dome with three adults is necessary.
Impeccable from A to Z
Efficient and fast, nothing to complain about.
Fast delivery, very good quality material. Well done. It's nice to invest in quality material and especially all the parts available. Good
Impressive shipping speed, exceptional follow-up quality, very good quality products, thank you France Trampoline
Difficult to assemble and smaller than I expected, my old one was bigger
Very good, nothing to say
Trampoline net purchased. Provider's advice on the compatibility of the net with the existing trampoline. Delivery faster than expected. High-quality material.
The product is as expected and was delivered on time, well packaged.
Very serious!
Very poorly advised, items received not suitable for my trampoline
Dear Sir or Madam, We are sorry to see that the recommended net poles do not fit your trampoline. Indeed, the poles currently marketed meet the height standards in force. It is true that if your trampoline is relatively old with a different pole height than ours, they will need to be reduced as mentioned on the phone during the sale. A return is always possible by contacting our customer service. The France Trampoline team.
Item offered at Decathlon but impossible to order from them. Once on the France Trampoline site, it was a piece of cake. Order prepared and delivered quickly.
Nothing to report. Fast delivery.

Very good product, sturdy and high quality. I managed to assemble it alone in a few hours. The only downside was that one of the boxes was torn upon delivery.
Product conforms to the order. Good quality upon delivery. Excellent advice and support before the order. Thank you.
Product meets our expectations. Our grandchildren immediately enjoyed this accessory.
Well-packaged order that arrived on time. Thank you very much!
Very good trampoline and timely delivery. Special mention for the delivery manager I spoke to on the phone who took my request regarding the delivery time slot into account. I was able to give the trampoline as a birthday gift on time!
Delivered quickly. The product is easy to assemble by carefully following the instructions.
Perfect. Fast shipping.
Good product, delivered on time.

After some transport mishaps, your service is very good and professional.
Hello, We received the ordered product perfectly within the announced timeframe, great! However, we haven't installed it yet as we are waiting for our grandchildren to install it with them... Best regards, Birgitta Gaillard.
I ordered a climbing dome, I haven't set it up yet. I had to contact customer service due to an error on my part, very quick response with resolution of the problem.
Very good product. Very easy to order online. Very fast shipping.
Attentive person, very professional and very good advice. She took the time to give me all the information I needed, wisely guiding my choice, which made me decide to place the order right away. I knew the product but not the telephone sales service. It lives up to the quality of the products offered.
Perfect
Nothing to report following a problem the response from customer service was very effective and quick
