Very good
Good fun products for children
Delivery completed without problems and within the expected time.
Very good product, however the materials are much thinner than the old trampolines. I give 3 stars because I find it extremely unfortunate that it is so expensive to buy a whole trampoline rather than the parts to restore the existing one. I don't find it very ecological or economical.
Hello, Thank you for sharing your opinion on our product. We take your comments into account, however, it is important to note that the materials used may vary depending on the trampoline model chosen. You opted for our entry-level trampoline Start'up, which is designed with lighter and thinner materials to offer an affordable product. If you are looking for a quality similar to what you had before, we recommend you look towards our round Jump'up or Boost'up models, which offer a more robust and durable structure. Additionally, when ordering multiple spare parts, feel free to contact us by email or phone. We would be happy to offer you a discount on the lot, as we understand that it can be costly to order many parts at once. If you have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us at any time. Best regards, The France Trampoline team.
Well received. Solid and reliable material but the assembly guide lacks precise details for certain steps and the fasteners received were different from those indicated in the same guide. Posts difficult to fit into the intended support. Forcing required. Nice final result after quite a bit of sweating to assemble it.
Perfect
I still haven't received my order after a week and a half

A product that meets expectations for the pleasure of the little group, and excellent delivery tracking.
Very happy
Good product, the boys are delighted from 14 years to 4 years
Home delivery of the trampoline was done in a few days, it's very fast, custom-made. Pure happiness.
The weighted bags are of very good quality, durable, waterproof, easily manageable thanks to the handles. Personally, we have repurposed their use as we use them to hold our pool cover without having to drill our tiles! Careful and fast delivery
Several products purchased from you
Perfect 👌
Everything went well. The advisor's callback was very quick and efficient. Thank you

Hello Very satisfied with our order of a 28m zip line Quality product, good value for money. Received before the scheduled date, Top.
very serious from order to delivery Quality product
Very well advised by phone for spare parts
Everything is perfect, nothing to change...
Super quality, trampoline does not move during jumps, the nets are super resistant. Really excellent product, a bit expensive, but you pay for quality and safety.
The product is of excellent design and quality; it guarantees very satisfactory safety during use. One small downside regarding the skirt to be placed all around the protective net. Its function seems purely aesthetic, but the result is rather mediocre.
Fast delivery and quality product
Fast delivery and product matching the description

Hello, I had to go pick up my package from a private company (les bois franc) because the delivery person left it there. Delivery to be reviewed Best regards
Very good, fast delivery
It was very good
Perfect Good material, received quickly and easy to assemble. Very pleasant phone reception, order taken by phone, very good!
Just to point out that some mini portions of the fiber arch were missing. Not having thrown away the old one, I had to recover a length otherwise I wouldn't have been able to install the net of my trampoline.
good
Excellent
Very good transactions
I am very happy with my purchase and the France trampoline service
I ordered spare parts for my 10-year-old trampoline. Quality still as good. However, finding the right dimensions for some parts is not easy at all. I made a mistake for the "16 brackets for net attachment Ø42/38", I needed the size below...
the product is of very good quality.
Perfect
Very fast delivery. Very good quality of the trampoline, far from what is usually seen in toy stores.
