Order delivered on time
TB excellent service
Very happy with my jumping mat. A customer service that asked before sending us if the dimensions were correct. I highly recommend
Product easy to find on the site of good quality, identical to the original product, very good product without hesitation.
........
No problem, phone advice, fast delivery. Perfect
I ordered 1 item in stock and another on pre-order because it was not available immediately. I thought I would first receive the item in stock, but after ordering, I received an email informing me that due to increased shipping costs, there would only be one shipment when the restocking is done. Unless I pay for an additional shipment. A bit disappointed.
I am waiting for delivery
Nothing to complain about.
Very good quality product!! Despite a high price...
Quick response from customer service after questions to finalize my purchase choice. Only downside, no assembly instructions even briefly for the installation of the protective cover. (passing the elastic through the cover)
Perfect
The site is very well done, I was able to find what I was looking for in a very short time, everything is very smooth. After trying, the trampolines are also of very good quality.
Nickel
Order received quickly and in good condition
The installation is quite difficult even with the instructions. Several people are needed for optimal assembly. The items are well packaged and of good quality. We'll see over time if the structure rusts or not. In any case, for now, I am satisfied.
nothing to say normal
quality product, very well managed purchase and well-organized delivery, products well packaged. delivered to the house on a pallet
Replacement of parts due to breakage, perfect
quality product from origin
Excellent quality
There are some improvements to be made on the assembly of the trampoline, regarding the fitting of the vertical legs, your tool is useless, not enough grip, I had to use a pair of pliers and then to assemble the protective net the fiberglass arches I had to modify the system my way otherwise impossible to fit the circle and I had to use flat head bolts with nuts to hold the entire steel structure at the holes otherwise the rest is fine.
Hello, thank you for your feedback on your assembly experience with our trampoline. We take note of your comments and suggestions to improve our products and make assembly easier for our customers. However, it is surprising that you encountered problems during your assembly of your fiberglass arch set. When you encountered the problem, you could have contacted us so we could help you find a solution, or even send you a new set if necessary. We hope that despite these difficulties, you will fully enjoy your trampoline. The France Trampoline team.
Package arrived in good condition. The material corresponds to the request.
Very high-quality product
Super quality
A team that listens, very responsive and effective, it's perfect! I recommend!
Serious and fast
The material is of good quality, relatively easy to assemble, overall, it lives up to its promises. Just one issue with delivery, the package arrived completely torn open, the delivery person was clearly not trained in quality service.....
Excellent product and efficient customer service.
Hello, assembling the 3.00m dome cannot be done with 2 people in 1 hour, but at least 3 people in 2 hours. For the hammock, impossible to set it up as a hammock (upper part in the dome) because the carabiners are missing! Yet they are well mentioned in the assembly guide. Disappointed... Otherwise, the structure looks sturdy and is aesthetic, we'll see over time.
Hello, we are sorry to learn that assembling the dome was more difficult than expected. We take note of your experience. This will allow us to revise our instructions to offer more precise guidance to our future customers. Regarding the missing carabiners for the hammock, you must have received our old assembly guide by mistake. Our new range of hammocks no longer requires the use of carabiners for assembly. We will send you the new guide by email to rectify this error. Finally, despite all these small issues, we are happy to know that you find the structure robust. We hope that despite these inconveniences, you will be able to fully enjoy your dome. Do not hesitate to contact us directly if you have any other questions. We remain at your disposal for any further information. The France Trampoline team.
We were very satisfied after purchasing a trampoline.
Perfect. They contact you even before sending your package to ensure compatibility. Truly great professionalism. Thank you!
Perfect
Very professional; quality products, fast and correct service, I recommend!
Very good listening and quick solutions.
Fast delivery, product as described. We just reordered the net attachments for nothing as they were provided but not mentioned on the site and product details.
Easy order to make, deadlines respected, satisfied.
Product matching the description. The whole thing is installed and works perfectly even for me who is 'heavy'.
Good advice from the seller, deadlines respected and tutorials sent to help replace the different parts to change on the trampoline.
Perfect, I made a mistake on my order and customer service called me within 30 minutes of my order to verify.
The customer service is efficient: it matches an order for spare parts with a trampoline purchased several years ago and suggests modifications in case of order errors. Many customer services would not have questioned it and would have sent unusable items, proving professionalism.
Very professional and attentive salesperson who gives you advice on the material. Thank you very much 👍
Hello, I am very satisfied with my ordered item, quick and careful shipping.
Good
Super quality items, I have called on France Trampoline several times to change parts on my trampoline. It's so much better than throwing it away and buying a new one. However, a small downside on the availability of certain parts, I had to wait a while before getting a safety net. Other than that, it's really perfect.
Fast delivery and product matching the description. The kids are having a blast on their zip line.
Perfect
Speed. Reliability.
Everything very easy. Special attention paid to the accuracy of the order.
